I lied on the couch, listening to Mrs.Lane's, the t-trux, research.

"About a hundred years ago, back when there were no dinotrux, a couple was on a cruise ship for vacation." Mrs.Lane quoted. "During the trip, the wife gave birth to a baby girl. They didn't get to name the girl because the ship went down during a storm. There was toxic waste in the water which poisoned the baby and sent her into a coma. She was buried deep in the sand, still in the coma. The ground was filled with dinosaur bones and metal. But instead of being fossilized herself, she turned into something else."

She stopped for a moment and looked at me with a sneaky smile. "I think we both know what that baby turned into."

Then she continued. "Years passed, and the coma kept the baby from aging. The toxic waste cleared in both her body and the water. Two paleontologists, a couple, brought their two year old son to a digging project. They dug up many bones but also found something else."

"They found the baby." I realized.

"Yes, and, to add more of a miracle, she was still alive." Mrs.Lane continued. "They took her home and did many blood tests. After they figured out about her powers, they took her to the elders, a council of wise old men who believed they could speak with God. When the couple told them about the girl the elders knew she was the only one who truly understood the importance of both nature and humanity. They knew she deserved to rule. They told the couple to name the baby Tiara since she was going to wear the crown one day and never let her in the hands of the government. The couple raised the girl as their own and even sacrificed themselves to save their daughter. Luckily, both she and her brother escaped and ran into an orphanage. There, they found ten young orphans who were all sick of the orphanage and the siblings helped break them out. The entire world has been looking for them to this day. That is, until we called off the search."

I stared at them, shocked. "Seriously?!"

They all nodded. I couldn't believe it! Me and my friends could finally return...home.

"What's in it for you?" I asked.

They all looked at each other curiously. "What do you mean?" asked Mrs.Lia, the reptool.

"If there's one thing I've learned about humanity, it's this:They always want something in return when they do something good. Whether it's letting someone borrow someone and the other person giving them ten bucks, or winning a war and getting their family honor. You want me and the others to do some dirty work for you, don't you?"

"Well, yes actually." said the man, I still hadn't learned his name. "We need some money and..."

"Woah, woah, woah." I interrupted. "I don't have any cash, if that's what you want. At least, not at the moment."

"No, we don't want you to pay," explained the man. "We just want you to earn it for us. We see you've made friends with a dinotrux lately."

I looked at the file photo again and blushed in embarrassment. The man continued.

"The Gladiator games is a competition where dinotrux and their trainers fight against other teams. The winners get a bunch of money that we could really use right now. We found some trux and tools including your friends."

"What are the tools for?" I asked.

"Let's just say they're kind of like a repair crew if anyone gets hurt." explained Mrs.Lia.

"So you want me and my friends to win a game?" I asked.

"Yes, that's basically it." the man answered.

"And then where will we go?" I asked.

"The dinotrux and tools will be released to their natural habitat and you and your human friends can either go with them or go back to the orphanage." Mrs.Lane answered.

I couldn't believe it. My idea could actually work. Since I was the youngest, none of the other humans would really pay attention to me or listen to my ideas. I know the one with special powers is usually the leader in all the TV shows and stuff, but back with the humans, it felt like I was the exact opposite of that. If I went to the dinotrux part of the world, maybe that would change.

"I'm in." I agreed. "But I'm not sure you could convince D-Structs. He can be a bit stubborn."

"Oh, we know. That's why we're not." the man said a bit ominously.

But before I could ask what he meant, the door slammed down and D-Structs's head popped into the room.

"D-STRUCTS?!" I screamed in fright.

"TIARA?!" he yelled in confusion.

Oh no. He knew. He knew my secret.
