I slid down the mountain, wondering what that explosion was and what was happening to D-Structs. When I got to the bottom, I pushed threw over the vines. I finally got to the crater, hoping to see someone that wasn't the man or his bodyguards.

"Psst," I heard a small voice come from behind me. "Over here."

I looked behind me and found out who it was coming from.

"Mrs. Lia?" I exclaimed.

She was beaten up pretty bad and her paint job looked duller then when I first saw her.

"Shh," she whispered. "Don't let him hear you."

"You mean the man, right?" I whispered back.

She slowly shook her head and replied, "He kidnapped Lane and blew-up the facility. I managed to escape just in time. I barely survived."

"I can see that." I said, taking pity on the reptool.

"Your friend, the t-trux, how's he doing?"

I looked down. "He's alive, but really sick."

She sighed. "I was worried that is what you say."

"There's actually something I wanted to talk to you about." I looked at the rock instead of directly into her eyes, I still didn't completely trust her. "According to D-Structs, we'd been trapped in the facility for days. The rest of the guys say the same thing, but I don't remember anything at all. Tell me, how long was I out?"

But opened her mouth to answer, but no words came out. Instead, a deep look of fear took over her eyes as she slowly pointed to something behind me. I slowly looked behind me. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I didn't even know it existed out of fantasy stories, but there it was, roaring in my face.

It was a dragon.
