"...I-I guess we have to do this again..." Flaky muttered.

"Y-You guys can do it...I...I'm gonna go investigate somewhere else." Flippy said.

He quickly left the room afterwards.

"Why does he always leave?" Handy asked.

"Maybe it's for the best...we...still need to check the bodies." I say.

"Well, no time to waste, the class trial is gonna start soon and we can't find our killer without any evidence."

My tablet lets out another ding as I open it, already aware of what's on it.

I opened up the victim tab to see our second case file.

Shifty and Lifty file #2

The body was discovered in the Medical Bay.

The time of death was shortly after 10:30 PM.

The cause of death was ?????????????.

Huh? Where's the cause of death? Why doesn't it say Nutty's cause of death?

Guess I'll have to find out for myself.

SHIFTY AND LIFTY FILE #2

I sigh as I walk up to Nutty's body first.

It's such a gruesome sight, his tears, he was probably crying before he died.

His hands were clutching near his neck, like he was trying to grab something.

"What happened?" I ask out loud.

"He was probably strangled." Handy replied.

"Strangled?"

"Look at the way he was clutching his windpipe, it's obvious someone strangled him and he tried to resist."

"Oh...but what did they strangle him with? Their hands?"

"Guess we'll have to keep looking."

STRANGULATION

I look further at Nutty's body and notice something strange.

There's something on his neck...something brown? It was small pieces of fiber.

There was also a bruise on Nutty's forehead.

It was a small purple bruise

Did he get hit?

I continue to look around the medical bay until I check in the trash can and see something.

I reach for it and pull it out, it's...a bottle of sleeping pills?

This must have been what knocked us out.

SLEEPING PILLS

But who used them? And how?

I put them away as I look elsewhere.

I looked towards Nutty's body, it did look like he was strangled but...why were medical tools stabbed all over his body?

A lot of them were stabbed into his torso while a pair of scissors were stabbed in one of his eyes.

I should probably remember that for later.
