I stared at Flaky's lifeless body, did this really happen?
I'm not upset, I'm just...surprised, why did this happen?
Soon, Russell, Cuddles and Flippy run into the kitchen as well.
"W-What the...i-is she really...?"
"What in thy hell?"
Flippy didn't say a word and just stared at Flaky's body.
"F-Fla..."
Flippy began to gag and quickly ran out of the kitchen without another word.
"Goddamnit...another goddamn murder..."
"Guys, what the hell happened!?"
"No clue, me and Petunia walked in here and found her like this."
Seriously, what the hell happened to her?
"So...Flaky's really dead...?" Cuddles asked, looking concerned.
I walked over to her body and touched with with my nub,
"Yep, her pulse is gone and her body is cold."
"I just...Christ, I don't understand what happened." Petunia mumbled.
"Hmm, something's not right about this one."
"Huh? What are you talking about?" Cuddles asked.
"We never got a motive yet."
"You...You're right, we never got a motive..."
Weird, why is Flaky dead and yet we never got a motive?
Shifty and Lifty then appeared in front of us.
"Aww, so sad, Flaky died...just kidding, I don't care." Lifty snickered.
"Err, you two..." Russell grunted.
"Do you two mind explaining just what the hell is going on? Why is Flaky dead without a motive and...now that I look around, where the hell is Mime?"
"Hmm? For that thing about Flaky, well, the motives are only meant to push you towards committing a murder, looks like whoever killed Flaky just wanted to fulfill their own bloodlust!" Shifty explained.
"And for Mime, who are you talking about? There's no one here named that. Did you lose your brain along with your hands?"
"...What?" I asked.
"Just kidding, who cares about what happened to him. He probably died off screen somewhere."
"What...What are you talking about?"
"Nothing...anyway, the new case file has been posted, see you at the trial!"
Shifty and Lifty disappeared.
Huh...something's off about this entire thing, I...I have a weird feeling that something about this case is gonna be different from the others.

Ah, what the hell am I saying, I guess the only thing I can do now is start the investigation.
Might as well start with the case file.
"...I hate saying this but Petunia, can you open your tablet so I can see the case file?"
"Huh? Sure."
Petunia opens her tablet and we both take a look at the newest case file.
