UNBELIEVABLE

Rumination

Serkan sits in his car, replaying every word Ayfer just said to him. Is he that person? Did he put his wants/needs first and not consider Eda and what she wanted? He thinks back to the kiss of all kisses, he loved every second of it but he told Eda she embarrassed him and she agreed to the contract to make up for it. (Point 1 for Ayfer). He said mean and hurtful things to Eda, like Selin being the logical choice for him and her not, he allowed others to belittle Eda with their words and looks and turned a blind eye to it.(points 2&3) He accused Eda of giving his designs to Kaan and humiliated her in front of everyone and when he was proven wrong, which he knew he was anyway, he wouldn't apologize so he made her a terrarium instead.(point 4) They broke up Selin and Ferit, the contract over and Eda leaves, but he stops her, tells her he is madly in love with her and convinced her to not leave for Italy. Then two weeks later after he discovers that his father caused the death of Eda's parents he breaks up with her because he didn't want to hurt her but honestly he didn't want her to hurt him and break up with him.(point 5) They make up and are getting married and he does the ultimate and leaves for work on their wedding day and gets in a plane crash and disappears for 2 months only to return more heartless and with no memory of his life with Eda and hell bent to destroy her while holding hands and kissing Selin.(points 6-10) Then he betrays her in the worst possible way and sleeps with Selin after seeing and hearing everyone minus Selin tell him and show him about the great love between him and Eda. (Point 11-the most important point)
As he replays his memories, he realizes that Ayfer is right he put himself and what would make him happy first and never thought about what Eda may want or need. He doesn't think he did it intentionally but regardless he still never put her first. He never showed her in actions how much she meant to him, means to him. So what does he do know he ponders. He is torn between banging on the door and making her listen and giving her space and time. His want is to rush inside and apologize but he realizes that is not what EDA wants or needs right now. She is hurting and needs to heal.
He starts his car and drives away thinking that he was putting her first and giving her the time that she needs. Little did he know that Eda was standing on her balcony and heard every word Aunt Ayfer said, watched Serkan sit in his car and ultimately drive away. Her eyes are filled with tears as she sees the taillights of his car disappear. "Well I guess he gave up on me, on us, he just drove away and never looked back. If he can do it then so can I." She walked back into her bedroom, got her laptop and booked a flight for tomorrow afternoon to Italy. She was done waiting for Serkan and his selfishness. She was going to finish her degree and then from there who knows. She was ready to start the life she had dreamed of before meeting and falling in love with Serkan. She packed her bags and went downstairs to inform her hala of her decision.
Meanwhile, Serkan was sitting at home with a scotch in his hand thinking of Eda and all that they had been through. He can't believe he has treated her that way throughout their relationship. He has tears running down his face as he thinks about all that he has done to her. He knows that she needs time and he will give it to her. He wants to make it up to her for all that he has done to her from the very first day. He plans to start tomorrow morning with apologizing and making amends for all his wrongdoings. He is determined to earn her forgiveness and her love once again. He will vow to her to put her first and always ask her opinion and wants. He goes to bed with a clear plan and his heart ready to do whatever it has to.
   Eda informs Ayfer that she overheard her talking to Serkan and watched him drive away. She tells her that she is done with being put last and almost as an afterthought in his or anyone's heart and mind so she has a flight booked for tomorrow morning for Italy. Ayfer doesn't even try to talk her out of it and encourages her to go and take care of her dreams.
  Meanwhile, both Serkan and Eda are sleeping both thinking that tomorrow will be the beginning of changes, and it will be but both are in for a surprise when one is determined to make things right and one is done with the heartache and pain and is gone.
