Dim lights flickered on familiar streets
These roads were once taken by our feet
She probably forgot about the scars we get
When we stumbled upon the wires of her garden gate.The city sure did bruise and traumatized us
I never thought she'd built walls between us
Her rage could reach the abyss, I know
But I also know that the loving girl I once knew will somehow show.Let me climb these walls she built
I have no intention of untangling her mask myself
I will wait 'til she unveils it with no guilt
And receive the love I'm giving as a gift.
