How many of you have drawn a perfect circle
Like a ball that needs to roll?
How many of you have drawn a perfect ball
And shoot it to its goal?
I have repeated the word 'perfect'
Still, it has a big effect
I'm still hurt, broken, and burnt
We ran and ran in circles as it turned.
We've got dizzy and crazy
And loving you isn't easy
When your eyes were on her
Even if we were together.
I wanted to reach you, my goal
You are the one who danced at me at my ball
And my heart beats like a drum roll
I'd still love you over and over again like a circle.
