eleven

Two weeks had passed by and it was time for Hyerim to finally go back home to her city. She was of course glad that she could go back, but a bit sad as well. She had grown too attached to everyone that she had befriended here in a short amount of time.

Everyone was currently over at the twins place as they all wanted to bid their final goodbyes to Hyerim. And by everyone, I mean the dreamies + Youi.

"Eri-ya don't forget to contact me ok!! Don't leave me hanging when i text you." Haechan stated as his sister could only nod at him.
"I'm a busy person you know. But I'll try to respond to your messages." She replied.

"Hyerim noona." Jisung called out, making her look over. Seeing Chenle and Jisung waiting for her to pay her attention on them.
"We wanted to give you this. For always making us lunch, thank you so much. We're going to miss you allot." Chenle spoke as him and Jisung gave her a paper bag. The girl looking at what's inside to see a brand new sketchbook.

"Are you guys just saying that because you'll miss her cooking and not the person." Renjun spoke as the two youngest shook their heads at him.
"No!! We're actually going to miss her!!" They chanted in unison. Hyerim couldn't help but to smile.
"Thank you so much. I'll put it to good use. I'll miss seeing the two of you as well." She said, a large grin cascading it's way on Chenle and Jisung's face.
"How about me? You're not going to miss me too?" Renjun asked sulky. Pointing at himself as he frowns at her, he was a bit jealous that the two youngest were really close with her. I mean, if he'd open up to her and stop being a tsundere 🙄.

"I guess I'll miss you too Renjun. Gonna miss fighting with you." She replied as he scoffs.
"Tsk, you're just like Haechan." He said, trying to not show her the small smile that was forming on his face.

"Yerimie you're going to leave already??" Dowon questions as he ran over to her. Hugging the girls legs so she couldn't move and leave the house.
"Yes, my dad is going to arrive in a few more minutes." She answers. The little boy pouting, not wanting her to go.

"Dowon, who do you like better? Haechanie or Hyerimie." Jaemin asks, crouching down so he was the same height as him.
The boy thinking for a few seconds before answering.
"Hyerim noona!" He asked without hesitation. His answer making Haechan look at him with wide eyes as he points at his younger brother.
"Hey you, i feed you all the time!" Haechan argues.
"Because she's nicer to me and I only see her once a year so that's why I like her more than yuckie." Dowon reasons.
"Yeah you do have a point, I like her more than you too." Said Haechan. This time Dowon was the one who was offended.

All their friends could do was laugh at the sight of the two brothers fighting.

"Hyerim who do you like better!?" The two brothers asked. Desperate for her answer. OK now they were putting her in the spot. Whatever answer she gives, she was going to hurt the other either way.

"Uhh.. I like.." everyone anticipating for her answer. She looks out of the window to see her dad's car parked outside of the house.
"I like my dad more than the two of you, hahah why would you look at that. He's already outside waiting for me, don't want to keep him waiting do we? I also want to go home really badly." She answers whilst laughing hysterically before going outside.

"Finally you're back." The girl sighs when her dad had gotten out of the car.
"Have you missed me this much." He teases as she only rolls her eyes at him.
"Did you at least find yourself a girlfriend?" She asked him as her dad looked at her speechless.
"Hahaha well about that.." He tried to speak but was cut out with her laughter.
"You didn't did you?"
"Ya why are you laughing at me?!! I was too busy thinking about work, how else am i supposed to earn money so that I could provide you with a nice life." Her father scratching his head before he helped his daughter place her things in the trunk in the car.
"Thank you for that. But you'll grow lonely if you don't find anyone soon." His daughter spoke.
"Yeah you are right about that. Oh are they all your friends?" He asked when seeing everyone stood outside with Haechan.
Hyerim only nodding her head.

"Donghyuck we'll see you during winter break hopefully." Their father exclaims. Haechan just nodding with a frown on his face.

They got inside the car. Hyerim putting the window down as her father started the car, about to leave.
"See you all soon." She said.
"Eri don't leave me huaa!! Can I just go with the two of you." Haechan cries. Jeno hitting the back of his head because of his statement.
"Why are you planning to skip school?!" He said, this making Haechan wince in pain.

"Hyerim I'll visit you if I can." Her friend Youi said as she nodded her head.
"Take care all of you." Was the last thing she said before the car started driving off. Everyone waving her goodbye.
"DON'T FORGET ABOUT US!" Renjun shouted, finally deciding to speak.

"Why does Mark look more sad then him." Youi questions, pointing at Haechan who was sniffing none stop.
"It's just that... haha I'm a bit sad that i won't be able to see her again." Mark answers. Trying to put on a fake smile so no one would get suspicious of him.
"Sad that you won't be able to confess your love to my sister than yeah-" before Haechan could say anything more, Mark was quick enough to cover his mouth.

"How was your time over at your mother's place?" Her father asked. His view on the road as he tried to converse with her on their long journey back home.
"It was better than I had expected. Maybe Hyuck's friends aren't that bad." She answers. Staring out the window as she watches the view of the cars passing by go blurry.
"Hmm, I saw that you kept looking at the guy with black hair. He had his head down the whole time, don't tell me that my little Erimie has taken a fancy in him." Her father stated.

His words catching her off guard as she looks at him with her eyes widen. A rush of blood going to her cheeks as they turned rosy pink. How did he know that she was staring at Mark.

"How did you notice." She said embarrassed.
"I have a sharp eye. It's easy for me to notice things. That's how I noticed when your mother fell out of love with me." He answers.
Hyerim looking at him in pity. She punches his shoulders lightly before smiling.
"You still love her don't you, that's why you don't want to find anyone new." She said as her father just stood quiet.
"It's a pity. But I had to let her go, she looks allot more happier now with her new husband."
