I woke up alone like he said I would. I'm kinda glad though cuz I'm not wearing pants. I got out of bed grabbing my phone of the end table and walked over to the closet.
I looked at the time on my phone to see it 12:00 pm. Damn I had a long ass sleep. I opened my messages and saw Parker's text 'hey meet at our spot at 12:30?" It said
I text back a yep before looking for an out fit. Putting on a brown mini dress with a white long sleeve underneath and some white ankle socks.
I skipped my way out of the room excited to see Parker and also so I can explain what happened last night to him. Once I made it to the stairs I sat on the railing letting myself slide down. "Be careful" I heard a voice say.
I looked and saw a nice Lady around my age. "Oh hi" I said " Who are you?"
She smiled at me before replying " just a friend of aces" she said with a weird smile on her face before walking out of the room towards the front door. Okay then That was odd. I shrug my shoulders pushing the thought to the back of my head.
I made my way towards the front door grabbing my white Converse. I sat down on the bench near the front door slipping on one of my Convers and tying up the laces. " going somewhere?" I jumped a little startled by Ace talking
" just going out for ice cream" I said not wanting to start anything by telling him I'm going out to meet Parker.
" James will drive you" he said
" who's James?"
" my driver" he said. Is he serious right now I don't need a fucking babysitter.
" i'm not 12 ace I can take myself" I said rolling my eyes. Slipping my foot in my other shoe tying up the laces.
"Whatever just take this" he said tossing keys at me and They fell in my lap. look at them, they were on a coffee brown key chain. With a set of keys and car keys.
"What's this?" I asked holding up the keychain.
" keys for the house and your car" he said leaning against the wall behind him.
" my car?" I asked confused. " I don't have a car Ace"
" I know" he said. I looked at the keys them back at him and saw he had a weird smile on his face.
" you bought me a car?!" I said. Why would he buy me a fucking car! " I can't take this!"
" shut up and take it" he said leaving me dumb founded. What the fuck. This man's gonna give me a heart attack. I stared at the keys before my phone dinged.
' where are you?' The text read I looked at the Name and saw it was Parker. My eyes quickly went to the Time to see that it was 12:25. Shit.
I texted him back saying that I was on my way before running out of the house into the garage. I looked around at the many cars in front of me before lifting up the keys that he had given me clicking the unlock button to try to see which one is mine. I saw the lights flicker on and heard a click from a black Tesla that was in front of me.
he bought me a fucking Tesla? Jesus if I knew getting married to a CEO would give me this type of lecture I would've done it a while ago. I laughed at myself before hopping in the car starting it up. It smelt like what a new car with semi like I guess. It was very plain not really decorated which means I get to make it my own. I quickly drove out of the garage and made my way to the café.
After a five minute drive I finally pulled up to Kelly's Café. I saw Parker leaning against the window next to the door on his phone. I hopped out of the car closing it behind me and locking it " you got a Tesla?" Parker said from behind me.
" no Ace did" I said rolling my eyes.
"ahhh The new fiancé?" He said nudging me.
" oh shut up" I said walking by him opening the door to the café letting him walk in first. I walked in after him and we made our way to the line which was actually very short for this time of day.
" so were you gonna tell me?" He asked me as we were waiting in line.
" of course I just had to figure out how" I said looking at my feet
"Next!" The cashier behind the counter yelled. Me and Parker walked up to her.
" all you had to say was I'm engaged" he said
" One medium triple triple mocha with whip cream please" I said ignoring Parker statement
" same please" he said.
" oh OK that'll be $7.50 please" the lady said.
"Debt"
"Bella" Parker said as I paid for our drinks smiling at the cashier and she went behind the counter to make our drinks.
" OK. Remember the deal I told you about?" I asked him turning to face him. He nodded his head so I continued " well it was more than just stating OK. The deal was I get married to him" I said shrugging my shoulders
" Bella-" He started.
" here you guys go" The cashier said handing us both our drinks.
" thank you" I said smiling at her. We both grabbed her drinks and walk towards a booth not that far from the counter.
" Bella-" he started again but I cut him off this time knowing that he's just going to lecture me like he always does.
" I know I know. I didn't really have a choice you know I'm struggling with money" I said
" if it was that big of a deal you could've told me I wouldn't have looked for a new place.!" Parker said
" I didn't want to put the type of stress on you" I shrugged my shoulders as I dipped my finger in the small hole at the top of my lid skipping some of the whip cream onto my finger.
" you can back out whenever you want right?" he asked me as I put the whip cream into my mouth sucking it off my finger.
" I don't know?" I said now thinking about it I never actually really asked if I could cut the deal off whenever I want it to. For all I know this could be up for life thing.
" are you serious Bella!" Parker said. I rolled my eyes and took a sip of my drink.
" just leave it Parker I'll be fine" I said as my phone dinged
' don't forget we have a meeting today' text read I already knew it was form Ace so I didn't even have to look at the name
" look I gotta go. I'll talk to you tomorrow OK" I said smiling at him he nodded his head as I got up and left the café.
