Liam's world broke down.

Was I never enough? Am I not good enough? Liam asks.

Don't say that! Karen says. We're still extremely proud of you, son. We love you so much, we know you did your best.

It was the worst moment for Liam. He was so close so reaching his dreams yet it got broken by just 3 words. Something he worked hard for years, crushed down by a single moment. But he'll never give up.

"I must come back 2 years later and prove that I have got what it takes."

Liam then practices, every single day, every single hour. But alongside the vocal training are physical ones. Liam only had one kidney, had a weak immune system. He had to give the best shot in every aspect, or else everything will break.

2 years have passed, Liam waited for this for a very long time.

He was first in line, he can finally show what he has.

Liam walks in to the center stage, 4 judges in front of him. it was his time.

"cry me...a river."

Everyone was in awe, everyone stood up.

Liam sees everyone, cheering for him. Chanting.

Best part of it was Simon Cowell, standing up, giving him a slow clap, the one who said no, now cheering for him.

Liam got in.

Best feeling ever. My cheeks are hurting, I can't stop smiling!

Liam's once again is a step closer to his dream. Yet this step was shorter for him this time.

He doesn't make it to the next cut, well, at least that's what he thought.

Liam Payne...and four other names. Called out to the stage.

"We've decided to put you in 2 separate groups....

....This isn't the last of One Direction"

what a journey! One Direction ends up in 3rd place.

"AHHHHH!"

Liam hears everywhere, it was weird, yet satisfying.

But one day those chants will come to an end.

one day, no one's already screaming.

one day, it'll be over.

Years after they conquered the world...

Years after Liam made his dreams...

Years after Liam finally has 2 working kidneys...

Years after Liam already has persons coming to his birthdays...

Years after people screaming Liam's name...

It has come to an end. The One Direction journey is over.

"it's bad news."

It's done.

On their very last interview Liam was asked "what was the best part of this Journey?"

Liam smiles. He cries immediately.

"It was everything I wanted, but nothing I'll ever need. The ride was the best, I could exchange if for nothing. What I'm most thankful for would be the 4 boys who were with me along the way, and the millions of fans who screamed for us with every breathe they had...

...and in return, I'd be with our girls, with every breath that I'd take."
