Hello my darlings! I just relaized I missed wife appreciation day which was on the 3rd of Septembe, quite a while ago but still. Here is my favourite photo of my beloved lady Bella Hadid and a little story to go with the day.
Enjoy my doves xx***
Slivers of pale morning light peeked through the curtains, casting beams of soft sunlight through the room. It was quiet, peaceful.Sebastian moved slowly under the covers, slowly stretching out his limbs as he sucked a deep breath in between his parted lips.
The rustle of sheets covering his body filled the room and then the exhale of his deep breath. He shuffled sideways before turning to lay on his side, the slivers of light dancing across his cheeks, blending with his messy fair hair. The room's silence was broken by the melody of birds singing outside the window.
Sighing, Seb nuzzled his cheek into the warm fabric of his pillow, his hand coming to rest by his head to block the sun from his eyes. He spread his legs out across the bed, savouring the tension, leaving his body as his muscles stretched.
As consciousness began to take over, Seb let his leg roam the bed behind him. He slid it along the silk sheets, expecting to come into contact with another warmth.
However, Seb's face contorted in confusion as his leg continued to slide across the bed, making no contact with anything but soft sheets.
Seb quickly snatched his leg back when his toes left the warm protection of the thick comforter.Tucking his leg under the other, Seb, his mind slowly began to function, eventually concluding that Lewis was already awake.
So Seb stayed tucked in his warm cocoon, content with having the morning's silence to himself.
That was until his ears pricked at the sound of the bedroom door clicking open, then quietly shut.
Keeping his eyes closed tight and his breathing steady Seb listened as Lewis slid into the room, attempting to be as quiet as possible.
Seb listened to the quiet clicking of porcelain against porcelain and the shuffle of sock-covered feet on the carpet, his curiosity becoming peaked.
It wasn't long till Seb felt his warm breath tickling the shell of his ear and a large hand sifting through his messy curls.Seb didn't bother to pretend to stay asleep, allowing a smile to spread across his face as Lewis lent over his covered body, pressing a delicate kiss to his neck.
"Good morning, baby." Lewis whispered against Seb's warm skin, his nose trailing along his neck till he let it gently fall into Seb's sandy curls.
"Morning darling." Seb drawled sleepily, slowly turning so he lay on his back, bracketed in-between Lewis' arms.
"How are you?" He grinned lazily, his movements sluggish as he pulled both his arms from under the comforter."Perfect now, I've seen you." Lewis cooed, leaning down to brush their noses together while Seb cupped his cheeks.
The two shared a soft, lazy kiss; neither one fully awake even as they pulled apart.
"What's all this?" Seb mumbled as Lewis pulled away to sit at the bedside, his eyes wandering to the tray of breakfast foods perched on his nightstand.
"I made breakfast," Lewis said proudly, puffing out his chest as he reached for the tray. Seb chuckled, allowing Lewis to help him perch up against the headboard. His eyes danced over the large array of foods prepared as Lewis balanced the tray on his lap.
"Is the kitchen still in one piece?" Seb chuckled, and Lewis pulled a face at him, rolling his eyes dramatically.
"Hey, I'm not that bad at cooking. Not like Daniel or Lando." Lewis claimed defensively.
Seb nodded, unable to stop the shiver that travelled down his spine as he recalled the time Lando and Daniel were appointed to breakfast duty.
An experience the German wasn't going to forget for a long time.
"So, what's the occasion, Hun?" Seb asked as Lewis held a piece of toast up to his lips which he bit into gratefully.
"Well, I was on the phone with Nico last night, and we got talking about his family. He happened to mention he was going out with his wife today. I asked why, and he said because today, the third of September is Wife Appreciation Day." Lewis said proudly, wiping away a small cluster of crumbs that caught on the corner of Seb's lip.
"Wife Appreciation Day, huh?" Seb hummed.
"So I'm the wife in this relationship?" He chuckled, and Lewis grinned.
"Only if you want to be." Lewis answered, pressing a kiss to the corner of Seb's lips.
"Well, if I have to be the wife to get breakfast in bed, then I don't mind." Seb decided, causing Lewis to laugh lightly.
"Oh yeah?" Lewis mumbled, leaning forward again to gently kiss Seb on the forehead.
Seb hummed in response, closing his eyes as Lewis began to pepper kisses over his face.
Starting with his nose, moving to lips, cheeks, jaw, trailing down to his neck. Lewis slowly kissed his way along Sebs collar bone and along his right shoulder, entwining their fingers as he continued to kiss down the smaller man's chest.
"Yeah," Seb sighed happily as Lewis returned to his face, pressing a soft kiss to his lips.
"I don't mind at all."
