For everyone in the home, the night went by slowly. Erza was the one for whom it appeared as though time had been stopped because of her inability to manage her urges as she observed everyone around her engaging in sexual activity. They accomplish this by gathering their magic energy in their hands and imagining the shape they wish their weapon to take. I can do it as well, but doing it in the midst of a fierce battle requires a lot of mental focus, which not many people possess.
Erza: I guess we need to give more credit to Gray, and his maker magic for the fact that he can create weapons in the middle of the battle like that.
Natsu: There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to accomplish it if the ice bastard can. I am able to accomplish that because Chrona was able to mold time magic into a sphere, and if she can do it, so can others.
Lucy: Chrona is the daughter of a very strong dragon, and she most likely underwent years of training to be able to do it. So, if you do try to do it, exercise caution.
Stassy: Do you really need to add maker-magic on top of all of your other powers? You already have your fire dragon abilities, your dragon form, and your cloning abilities.
Erza: That is Natsu for you; he constantly strives to get better so that he can defend those who are important to him. Furthermore, perhaps one of his weapons would be a masterpiece that I could add to my collection.
Lucy: I simply want to make sure he doesn't hurt himself trying.
Natsu: *His hands are already locked together, and he directs his magic into them as he visualizes a weapon. As he gently pulls his right hand away from his left, his magic solidifies into the shape he had envisioned in his head.*
