The day seemed to stretch on forever, and no one was coming into the office. No scheduled appointments, either. But Reigen supposes that is a good thing, because he was incredibly tired. Yesterday was another slow day, and then last night he had spent a majority of his time watching some random show he had found online.
Yes, he pirated it. But it was some goofy children's cartoon. The creators were probably billionaires.
Mob sits at a smaller desk, near the entrance of the office. He also looks bored, but that's just how he looks everyday. Him sitting there and staring silently was probably what he considered 'polite'.
Serizawa and Dimple aren't here, and Reigen isn't quite sure why. Well, Dimple doesn't actually work for him, so he can't get mad at his absence. Did he miss him? Probably not. But it would be less boring with something pestering him all day. But Serizawa should've probably at least given a heads up. Oh, well... Nothing he can do about it.
Or, there was. But it's not like he was ever going to take action on it. Serizawa will receive Reigen's grace on any day, no matter the circumstances.
Suddenly, Mob stands. Reigen shoots a look at his silver wrist-watch, probably stolen. It's exactly the time that Mob is supposed to leave, "Master, I'll be on my way, now," He states simply. Reigen brings a hand to his mouth, staring intently, trying to hide his sweaty, sudden nervousness, "Alright, thanks for coming in to help today..." And then the young boy leaves.
Reigen lays his forehead down on his desk, groaning loudly, clearly upset. Not one person had come in today, yet he did not dismiss his student. He had hopes that at least one person would need help, but everyone in the world collectively decided to prove him wrong. Now he looked pathetic. He sure is the world's greatest psychic.
Mob would never think poorly of Reigen, he was too innocent and trusting. But Reigen would also never think poorly of himself, so maybe there were a few extra layers to the problem. But Reigen still worried about his image, and he doesn't want to seem like a disappointment to the few people he cares about. They're the people he actually knows, and he can't just charm himself out of their minds.
There are people in this world that are willing to hangout with him, get to know him, and appreciate him. Is this something he dislikes? No.
Then why does he find it bothersome?
