Reason for going to hell: Saw her parents bring killed and in anger murder3d the kill thus kill1ng which was considered a sin.

She was tricked by a friend of the person she killed, who tricked her into falling for him then poisoned her wine at their wedding and so she actually d1ed at her own wedding, a ended up in hell in the dress she d1ed in
She ended up tailoring and altering her dress to only be 2 inches above her knees so as it was easier to move around hell in.
She eventually decided to offer her assistance at the hotel, hoping helping others better themselves would be enough to redeem herself of her sins.
