Overall personality:
She may seem quite quiet and reserved at first, but will open once close with someone. Around people who annoy her she can be a bit more sarcastic and even cocky at times, going as far as to smirk and such when talking to them. Around close friends or friends in general she's just as sarcastic but in a more friendly and playful way, she is also very caring towards those she is close to and is much more likely to be vulnerable around them.

She grew up in England up until the age of 14, when she moved to America to live with family. She is a fan of all things supernatural and wanted to grow up to be a 'paranormal investigator'. Oh boy, did she not realise just how much paranormal stuff she'd witness once she moved.
She lived normally up until 1983, when she was 16 and people started vanishing left right and center. Well, she was going to investigate out of pure curiosity. If she was in the show she wouldn't make her first appearance until the episode where El messes with the boys' compasses, since she had once again been out looking for anything unusual and had spotted the arguments taking place.
She wanted to break it up but knew it wasn't wise, instead approaching the group a day later or so when it was resolved and asked what was going on. She was observant though and knew that they lied when they tried to say nothing. In the end she ended up seeing El's powers for herself and joined the group. And well, I'm sure we know the rest, she just...became a part of the crew.
