Yes, We are still in the locker.
Deck of the Black Pearl, Sunset.
Pintel and Ragetti are sitting fishing off the front of the ship when Ragetti sees something in the water. He peers down and yells and drops the fishing pole. They look over the side and see hundreds of ghostly bodies floating within the water below.
"Eerie, that's downright macabre." Pintel remarks.
"Wonder what would happen if you dropped a cannonball on one of 'em?" Ragetti wonders...
The two bumbling idiots are each carrying small cannon balls and laughing but stop short on the deck. Tia is standing there and gives them a look and they drop the cannon balls.
"Be disrespectful, it would." Pintel tells his friend in response to his earlier question.
Tia looks out over the sea of trapped souls with sorrow in her eyes. "They should be in the care of Davy Jones. That was the duty him was charged with by the goddess, Calypso. To ferry them who dies at sea to the other side. And every ten years he could come ashore to be with she who love him, truly. But the man has become a monster."
"So he wasn't always...tentacly?" Ragetti asks and wavers his fingers about mimicking Jones.
Tia smiles and touches the heart shaped locket that hangs around her neck. "No, him was a man...once."
Ragetti peers forward and see something new in the water. "Now it's boats coming."
The other members of the crew come to investigate and look at the boats. Cotton taps on the Captain's door while Gibbs begins loading a gun. But Will reaches out and stops him.
"They're not a threat to us," He tells Gibbs. "Am I right?" he asks Tia.
"We are nothing but ghosts to them." She replies.
"Is best just let them be." Barbossa agrees.
There are people of all ages and walks of life in the boats that are slowly passing by, a single lantern is in each boat to light the way. Elizabeth approaches the side of the railing. Behind her Jack emerges from his cabin with Charlotte a few steps behind. Elizabeth is looking over the faces in the boats when she notices a familiar looking profile.
"It's my father, we've made it back." She exclaims and begins to wave to catch his attention. "Father here, look here!"
Governor Swann however doesn't seem to hear her voice.
Jack steps up to the side of the rail. "Elizabeth, we're not back." He tells her and his eyes find Charlottes as what both of them have just said sinks in.
Will reaches for Elizabeth just a Jack reaches for Charlotte but both girls pull away and start yelling at the silent figure in the small boat.
"Father! Father! Over here!" They are screaming and the noise of his daughters' voices finally gets his attention.
"Elizabeth? Charlotte? are you dead?" He seems confused at first but quickly becomes alarmed at seeing them.
Both girls are walking along the railing of the ship to keep pace with his boat. Elizabeth shakes her head frantically and Charlotte cries out to him.
"No, no. Were fine Father!"
Governor Swann's expression is relived and then confused again. "I think I am."
"No, you can't be!" Elizabeth insists.
Neither of the Swann sisters notice Jack and Will slowly following them down the side of the ship. Neither knows what to do but they are both alarmed for the women they love.
