Marinette froze. The boys froze. But soon chaos escaped the boys' mouths.

"What!!!!!!!!!!!!" - Nino

"You're... You're..." -Kim

"Marinette?" -Marc

"So all this time..." -Nathaniel

"You're Ladybug!!"- Max

"But... Have you been Ladybug... All this time???" Ivan

Marinette seriously couldn't take it anymore. "SHUUUUT UUUUUPP" she screamed.

That was all it took from her to get her friends to shut up. She then spoke to them calmly and rationally. "Guys. I'll do the talking here. Yes. I am Ladybug. But no one in all of Paris knows. Not my Paris. Not Alya or the girls, not even Cat Noire. Of course, the whole point of having this as a secret identity kept, well, as a secret, is pretty much ruined now. But..." Marinette trailed off, seeing the clock. "I HAVE TO GO!!! NOW!!!" she yelled in panic.

Kim was the first to break out of his shock trance. "Whoa. What! You can't just leave?" he said incredulously. Marinette looked at him, but then looked at all of them. They had seen her as ladybug and as Marinette. They had seen Tikki. There was no denying it anymore. "Look, guys. I have to go for patrol with Cat Noire and if I'm late, well, he'll get suspicious. I promise that I will tell all of you everything. But I need to know I can trust you guys with this. None of you can tell anyone. Not even your parents. Please." she whispered, pleading with her friends to keep a secret that could leak out at any moment if she's not careful.

But to her own surprise. Her friends seemed a bit sad. Nino on the other hand was the first to cover it up. "Of course, you can trust us! Marinette... I mean... this- this is AMAZING!!! But we won't tell anyone if you don't want us to. You can count on us" he said with fondness. 

Marinette smiled at her friends but then she remembered why she was looking for them in the first place. "Classes are over for everyone today since some people got hurt while some went missing. I had Cat Noire start a small search for the missing people. I should go join him. I want us to meet at my house so we can all talk this out. I'll text one of you later. But... Thank you. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Marinette leapt up and ran to hug her friends. who hugged her back. 

Marinette slowly backed away and left the room. But soon, outside, Ladybug, the leader of the Miraculous Team, was swinging into action! Nino slowly looked at his friends. "Well... I guess we go? I - I mean, she said she'd text one of us so we could all talk. Right? So there. As soon as she texts one of us, that person can tell us all. Got it?" everyone nodded in approval. 

With that, they all left and returned to their home. But the only difference was that for once, they didn't know what they'd do next once they entered their own rooms.
