Loki woke up to find himself cuffed by the wrists to a hospital bed. He was in the same tower, the design of the room he was in matched the one from the room he collapsed in. All of Loki's wounds were patched up, more or less. His face still stung a bit, but overall, Loki seemed fine.
"You awake?" A voice called out. Loki turned his head to see the same man from before. He wore blue jeans and a gray T-shirt, which glowed underneath, making a faint blue ring that shone through the fabric. The man walked over and sat by the bed's edge. "Sorry about the cuffs. May seem a bit hostile, but we need to take precautions."
Loki did not speak. He merely looked at the man. The man continued to speak, trying to make himself seem more trustworthy. "My name is Tony Stark by the way. Ya wanna tell me yours?"
Loki remained silent. Tony nodded. "Okay then. Well, I am a genius billionaire playboy philanthropist. I have a computer system in my building named Jarvis. The glowing thing in my chest is an arc reactor."
Tony received nothing from the Jotun. "You have a collar around your neck. That means you most likely did something very bad. That's why I cuffed you, okay? It's nothing personal. How did you even get into here? It was like you just appeared from nowhere. Just a random flash of light and BAM! I had Jarvis run a test on your blood, and he didn't know what it was. What are you? Who are you?"
Loki simply stared into Tony's brown eyes. Tony rolled his eyes. "Do you even speak English? DO YOU EVEN SPEAK? COME ON MAN!"
After a minute, Tony Stark gave up. He walked over to the door. "Okay then. I am going to go get Director Fury. He may know what to think of you. And don't try anything. I have Jarvis on security mode."
And then he was gone. Loki listened to the footsteps echoing down the hall and waited until they disappeared. Then, Loki looked up at the ceiling. "Excuse me, Mr. Jarvis?"
A voice rang out from the speakers. "You speak."
"Yeah. Please don't tell your boss that though. I just want to talk to you right now." Loki said politely.
"I am programmed to obey Mr. Stark. If he asks, I must show him the security footage." Jarvis said. Loki shrugged.
"As long as you don't notify him now. Would you mind if I removed these cuffs? They are quite uncomfortable." Loki asked.
"One wrong move, and I will send out all alarms and notify Mr. Stark. But I will allow you to remove your bindings, as I see you pose no threat so far." Jarvis said.
Thunk, thunk. Loki used his strength to yank off his cuffs. Then, Loki attempted to break the collar in the same manner. Unfortunately, the metal of the collar was to strong for him.
"If you don't mind me asking, sir, but where are you from? My sensors do not detect anything like you from any part of the earth." Jarvis asked.
"I am from another realm. It may be difficult for you to comprehend, but I am from a different world, one called Jotunheim." Loki said, still working on his collar.
"My records show that Jotunheim is a mythical realm from Norse mythology." Jarvis said.
"Yes, well. Its not really mythical. Its real. I hail from there." Loki said, surrendering to the collar. There was no getting out of it.
Loki paused, hearing footsteps approach the door. There were four sets this time, Loki heard. The door swing open, revealing Tony Stark and three others.
One was a tall dark-skinned man with a shaved head and a goatee. One of his eyes were covered by a black eye patch. The man wore a scowl on his face and a black trench coat with a black T-shirt and black pants.
The other man was shorter than Loki by about a head. He had short spiky, light brown hair and a serious face. His tanned skin was over lean muscled arms. He wore a black sleeveless top and black pants. Over one shoulder slung a quiver, in his gloved hand a bow.
The last person was a pretty woman. She was short and had fair skin. Her hair was short, curly, and dyed a shade of blood red. She wore an incredibly tight black leather catsuit. Her face was down right gorgeous. Her boots made a clicking noise as the four walked towards Loki.
They all froze when they saw Loki without his handcuffs. Quickly, the tall man drew out his gun, the short man nocked an arrow and the woman stuck out her glove. Loki hadn't noticed the weapons on her glove. Tony Stark, on the other hand was not interested in Loki. He was grouching about Jarvis.
"Jarvis! Why didn't you tell me the prisoner escaped his cuffs?!?!" Tony yelled.
"Cuz I asked him not to." Loki piped up, still keeping his eyes on the woman.
"So if a criminal just asks you politely not to notify the cops, you obey them? What the hell?!?" Tony said. The he paused and turned to Loki. "Wait, you talk?"
"Last time I checked." Loki said.
"Mr. Stark, I must apologize, but you said that if the prisoner posed any threat, to alert you immediately. This man did not pose any known threat. He is quite polite to be honest." Jarvis interceded.
"Thanks bruh." Loki smiled.
"Who are you?" The tall man asked.
"You tell me first." Loki said, reclining on the chair.
"Fine. I am Director Nick Fury. Head of S.H.I.E.L.D. This man here with the bow and arrow is Hawkeye. I will let him decide if he wants to tell you his real name. Same with this young lady. Call her Black Widow unless she tells you otherwise." He said.
"Natasha." Black Widow said. "Call me Natasha Romanoff."
Hawkeye gasped. "Uhhhh Nat? You think you are being a bit too trusting here?"
"No. I am being perfectly trusting of him. I know who he is" Natasha said.
Loki raised an eyebrow. "And how would you know that?"
"Classified. But I know you are Loki Laufeyson." Natasha said.
"Agent Romanoff, I believe we need to take this...thing back to H.Q." Nick Fury said. "For testing."
Loki smirked. "I will go, only if the lady answers one question."
Nick paused. "What is your question?"
Loki turned to Natasha. "Are you single?"
