A gasp for air broke the tension. Shaking while holding the girl tightly, the worry of losing her had slowly vanished when he saw her icy blue eyes. Steve who had tears rolling down his face let a sigh of relief slip out. Robin finally stopped pacing the room and Nancy's eyes slowly closed with the sadness leaving her body.

" Jesus Christ I thought I lost you" Eddie moved a piece of hair out of her face, he could now see her completely. The girl layed in his arms just looking up at him. She had never seen him cry before. And right now she could see a single tear slipping from his eye. She reached up slowly and wiped it away with her thumb.

And he took in a much-needed breath. Her touch relaxed him almost immediately. She smiled lightly at him. " I couldn't leave you without finishing that note." They both looked at each other and then broke into a laugh.

" I'm counting on hearing that finished note." He winked at her and helped her to stand. " You, my dear, are gonna have to wait a very long time then." She stood on her tippy toe and gently kissed his cheek. His cheek burning a red from the contact.

" Oh my god," Fel was practically tackled by Robin who engulfed her in a hug. Fel stumbled back a bit. Eddie held a hand out on her lower back making sure she didn't fall. " Hey Robin," Fel said gently squeezing the girl a little more. Felicity heard the gentle sniffles from her friend so she started rubbing her back. " I'm okay Robin"

" I know it's just I thought that you know I might see you snapping in front of me and like I hate the sound of-"

" Robin" Fel laughed pulling away and looking at the girl. They both smiled at each other. " I'm alright no bone snapping so don't worry." Robin chuckled and nodded a few times. Steve cleared his throat and they turned their heads to him. He had his hands on his hips and his lips in a thin line. He was gently rocking back and forth. And Fel could see him holding back the tears. So she just smiled and walked to him.

Wrapping her arms around him and he slowly wrapped his around her too. And for a moment he seemed like he was about to pull away until suddenly he squeezed her tighter and buried his face in her neck. " Thank god" He whispered and Fel could hardly hear it. She closed her eyes and took in the moment of peace. They pulled apart and Steve smiled at her and then felt a tear running down his face.

He quickly turned away and wiped it and cleared his throat once again. He began stuttering over his words before he pointed to the door and said he was just going to be downstairs.

" Hey umm, Fel?" Fel slowly turned around and saw Nancy standing in front of her now. Fel looked over Nancy's shoulder seeing Robin pushing Eddie out of the room. " Hey Nancy" Fel sighed looking back at the girl.

Felicity could see the pain in the girl's eyes and for a moment she let herself remember the time she had spent with her. Sitting up at one in the morning studying for some stupid test. Shopping for a new bra with her because she was having a special study date with Steve. Or even the times when Fel would cry into the girl's shoulder about how sick her mom was getting.

" I'm happy you are okay." Nancy looked up from the ground, breaking the tension that was growing. " Yeah yeah, me too" Fel laughed making Nancy laugh too. " I umm" Nancy paused. " I'm so sorry" Fel froze at her words.

" I'm really sorry Fel, I never wanted to hurt you. I wish things could have been different." Nancy looked back at the floor shaking her head slightly, maybe she was regretting everything. " I'm sorry too, I shouldn't have pushed you away like that, I was just hurt and I had so much going on."
