In the middle of the night the thin walls gave you a visual of your next door neighbors nightly activities. His laughter,late night calls and moans filled your bedroom.He did not speak to you much he just waved or helped with groceries when he saw you struggling with them in the elvevator.But today felt different it was rainy as you parked your car in the lot near the door.the rain coming down hard as you spotted him.Something in you made you shout as he opened his car door "hey neighbor"starting to rush over with your leopard print umbrella."Thanks neighbor"he laughed huddling under the umbrella that felt like it was only meant for one .He tried to keep up with your pace and just ended up putting his hand over yours so he could have the umbrella stop hitting the top of his head as he was a little taller .It was a quiet short walk but it felt comfortable.He stood next to you as the umbrella was being closed and shook to not track in more water"it's joe by the way"His smile beamed looking down at you "(y/n).You gave him a smile back.You both started walking to the elevator both were equally shy of what to say.You wondered if he could hear you at night to as he remained blushing next to you .The ride up to your floor felt faster that usual."Hey (y/n) do you work tomorrow ?"walking out the elevator you paused "im off actually".he smiled knowing that he slowly learned your schedule from the alarms that filled his room and looked forward to fridays so he was not awoken so early.He often
