He probably laughs at all his jokes before he can get them out. Having tears in his eyes probably wondering why you're not laughing so he just keeps going while bouncing his knee and his face in his hands from laughing so hard.
Joe gives me scrapbooker vibes he would save all the little things and give you a scrapbook of all the little things he kept throughout the years with little notes on beside each item or photo.
I just know this man probably goes back to his hotel rethinking his conversations with fans and hoping he fulfilled their expectations.
I think if Joe was dating someone, he would take walks with them almost every day and tell them about his day while swinging hands back and forth. And he would make them their own Spotify playlist for the walk!
