[ Jun's POV ]
After pushing the betrayers out of the elevator, Minyoung and I headed to the railway station. After a few minutes of walk, I realized that I was still holding Ivy's present firmly.
"You can have it, I don't need this anymore," I threw the shopping bag to Minyoung who caught it in a hurry.
"Jun, wait!!!" Minyoung yelled at me, I didn't care if she could catch up or not, all I wanted is to find a place where I could calm down myself.
Minyoung kept on calling me but I just ignore her coldly. She ran out of her breath and stood in front of me.
"Stop playing, I'm not in the mood. Why are you so clingy?" I complained.
"You don't like her, right?" she asked while staring at my face.
"Huh? What are you talking about?"
"Ivy, you don't actually love her,"
"Yes, I do! That's why I'm angry!" I protested.
"Really? But you don't even know her and she doesn't even know you."
"Enough now! What do you want?" her stupid questions really started to get on my nerves.
"So tell me what do you like about her," she continued to say things that aren't even making sense.
"She's pretty and she's kind."
"There's a bunch of girls like this so why my best friend?"
"Dunno..." I shrugged and she sighed.
"Why her and not me?" her eyes were soon filled with tears and they were strumming down her face slowly.
"Wait, what?! Are you telling me that you like me? I thought that we were brothers?" I asked and she looked up to face me.
"No, you consider me like your bro but I don't!!!" after saying that, she ran away.
Now, it was my turn to follow her... She sat down on a bench nearby and buried her face into her arms.
"Just tell me what's wrong," I taped her shoulders lightly and she threw my hand away.
"Go away..." she whispered.
"Tell me first or else I won't leave."
After a few minutes blank, she finally decided to talk.
"I admit that first I just considered you as a friend but then I realized that it wasn't what I really want. I want us to be more than friends or bro. But when I figured out that, it was already too late because you started to have interest for Ivy. I felt myself so guilty when I lied to her. She asked me advice about the guy she likes. I thought that she was talking about you so I told her that you didn't like her."
"What did you do?!!!" I said angry but I quickly kept calm and listened to what she had to say.
"I felt like I was turning into someone cruel and cold-heart. Even if I didn't want you to be together, I can't stand myself cheating. I regret a lot for that but I was relieved when Ivy confesses to me that you weren't the one she likes."
"Liar..."
"I'm not!!!" she tried to defend herself but I already lost all the trust I had in her.
"You're just jealous!" she was holding back her tears, she looked so innocent that I felt myself being like a j*** treating her this way.
I didn't know why, instead of being furious, all I wanted to do is to stop her tears from falling. Maybe was she genuine?
"Sorry Minyoung, I didn't mean to say that," I took her in my arms and she burst out crying.
"She would never love you as much as I do... So stop treating me as your dustbin..." she whispered and her voice was still shaking.
"Sorry..." I placed her head on my chest and caressed her head wishing she could stop crying.
"NO!!!" she suddenly yelled and I turned back to face a strong fist on my cheek.
"THIS IS FOR MAKING MY LOVELY SISTER CRY!!!"
