"I'll call you later, Tom." "Alright, have a good day at school." he waved. Nodding, she grabbed her bag and got out of the car.
Humming a tune, (Y/n) spotted The Couffaine twins and Rose.
"(Y/n)!" Luka called.
"Oh! Hey, Lukes!" she jogged to the three of them, "What are you doing here? You don't even go here," the girl stated. Rose giggled at her statement.
"He biked with us, since he wanted to see you."
(Y/n) tilted her head and blinks cutely. "Aww, that's so sweet. You flatter me, querido."
Luka pinched her cheek, "Think whatever you want but as a matter of fact, I have a free period so it's alright if I'm a bit late." He gives her a mockingly sweet smile.
"C'mon, Let's all go to class before we're late." Jewel rolled her eyes and ushered. Rose nodded in agreement.
"Okay, you two head to class first," (Y/n) suggested.
"Alright." The two went to class, mumbling to each other with what suspiciously sound like, "So oblivious," and "I know, it's cute, isn't it?"
The girl turned to Luka, "Wanna hang out after school?"
"Sure, why not?" He shrugged, " I don't have anything planned today anyway."
"Splendid!" she exclaimed, winking and smacking his back.
Raising a brow, Luka snickered, "Splendid?"
"Yes, splendid. Now, go to school and I'll go to my class before we're late." Jogging away, (Y/n) called to him while waving, "See you later, crocodile!"
Oh wait, isn't it supposed to be 'see you later, alligator? Shrugging her shoulders, she sat down beside Nathaniel. Somehow, as soon as she sat in her chair, Ms. Bustier entered the classroom.
Nothing notable happened the whole school day, except maybe Lila trying to talk to her. I don't intend to be mean, but I have no desire to be friends with her. She thought while she headed down the stairs, avoiding Lila once again.
Anyways, after meeting up with Luka in front of the school. The pair proceeded towards their unmarked destination.
"Where are we going?" the girl questioned. Luka looked at her, baffled, but he snorted.
"Didn't you suggest hanging out?"
"Hmm? I guess I did," she scratched her cheek, "Let's just get something to eat." He shrugged, "Whatever you want."
(Y/n) hooked arms with him, dragging him with her. "Let's go to this cafe Anya told me about."
A bell rang as the two entered the place. "What's up! Welcome to What's up cafe." The cashier welcomed the two with a smile and a wave.
"Hello!" (Y/n) waved back. "What would you like to order?" She hummed and looked at the menu display. "I'll be having the 'choco lava' and strawberry milkshake." she pointed " Oh! And pudding."
"And I'll have iced coffee and cheesecake." They paid and went to find a table.
The pair talked and laughed about stuff they didn't get to talk about yesterday as they waited for their order.
Finally, the order arrived. "Excuse me," the waiter said as he placed them on the table. The two thanked him as Luka took a sip of his drink while (Y/n) opened her straw. "Hmm, nice." She grinned as she took another sip.
