In a domino effect, everything came crashing down. One by one everything Miguel Ángel constructed came crashing down. First was his family, Maria wanting nothing to do with him after the shit he pulled with Palma's wife and kids, as well as Amaya. Even though she was glad the young brunette was alright, she still couldn't face her after what her ex husband had done. Maria wanted her kids nowhere near Miguel Ángel and made her point known.

Second was the federation. Miguel Ángel's vision to take over the cocaine business and shut shit down for the Colombians all came crashing down as well. He believed his partners would be there for him. To help him reach his goal but alas, it failed. One by one all the plazas left him behind, no longer wanting to work with the man who promised them everything.

But the betrayal of Amado was even stronger. The man who had seen it all. Who had seen the vision Miguel Ángel wanted to construct since the very beginning. Miguel Ángel believed out of everyone Amado would be by his side. His right hand man. But what do you expect from a man who you've not only sent his uncle to jail for the murder of the late DEA agent Kiki Camarena but also ordering two sicarios to murder his niece in broad daylight.

The last and final blow were the politicians. The people Miguel Ángel wanted to be in office just so he can run his cocaine business with no problem. The people he paid, the people he put into office by a rigged election were turning their backs on him as well. Because just like narcos, you know damn well not to trust a bunch of politicians to help you. They'll rather throw you in the lion's den than ever help you with anything.

But after everything. After the money he has spent. After pulling the strings for everyone around him. There he sat, alone on his dining room table with nothing but a lit cigarette in one hand and a drink in the other. No longer finding the energy to run and hide. He had lost everything just for the simple feeling of power. The idea of power consumed him so much that he had lost sight of what was really important—his family and friends.

"Federal Police!" The police barged through the door, allowing no one to run and hide but...it wasn't like Miguel Ángel had anywhere to hide and it wasn't like he was making the effort to run either. He knew this would happen, he was waiting for this moment to come.

"This way."

"Let's go."

As the group of the police officers surrounded Miguel Ángel, he made no moves in doing anything, he knew he lost everything.

"Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo, you're under arrest." Calderoni announced as he placed his gun down.

"There's $5 million in a safe upstairs, comandante."

"Not interested." This was his second time trying to arrest Miguel Ángel but this time, he wasn't going to let him bribe him again.

"So it is an arrest." Miguel Ángel made no effort in doing anything, not even trying to persuade the man. "No one's here. Makes sense. Arrest a better headline. 'Justice served.'"
