Lucas was asleep for a whole day , and in that time he couldn't seem to connect with any of his Demons.
He woke up , and just like a bunch of times before....he was in a hospital.
He looked at his body , his right arm was covered with black and red. But it hadn't fully healed and was still hurting him alot.
He got up and stumbled all the way a balcony.
There he looked at the city , nothing about it was particularly interesting...but for some reason he felt at peace just watching people going around and living their lives peacefully , And they could thank the heroes for that.
All Might popped into his head , he was wondering how the Hero was doing. So he turned to the door.
But as he did , he was met with the concerned look of the same doctor that he met after his fight with Apex.
" I see you've regained consciousness , though It'd be better for you if you stayed in bed " the doctor said.
" If you know me then you'll know that I don't stay down for too long " King said , as he slowly walked back to the bed.
The doctor chuckled , he then did some regular check ups and then looked at him with questioning eyes.
" Your injuries normally recover so fast , and if I remember correctly your unnatural healing factor was part of your quirk. Are you having any challenges using your quirk? " The doctor asked.
King was surprised by his deduction.
" Yeah , I can't do shit right now " Lucas said.
The doctor noted something down on a notepad , then looked over at King's right arm and right eye.
" The eyes aren't exactly new , that isn't the case with your arm. But after seeing how you held your own against All For One, I'm not surprised that this was the outcome " the doctor said while examining his arm.
" But truly , I'm grateful that you helped All Might. And I'm sure everyone else is as well. " The man said while straightening up.
" And if may , I have a question for you " the doctor said.
" Ask away doc "
" Did you really die? " The doctor asked.
Lucas smiled , and then got up from the bed.
" I did die , them I was reborn , then I returned " Lucas said.
The Doctor smiled , then he chuckled and left the room. Leaving Lucas to stare at the city once more , though his mind immediately went over to his quirk.
The blonde looked to the side of the balcony , and nearly got ready to fight.
The stray blonde psycho girl , Toga was sitting on the balcony railings and swinging her legs like a kid.
He turned back to the city. But that didn't seem to help him forget that she was there.
" What do you want Toga? " He asked , while rubbing his head.
" I just came to check on my Favourite demon , that's all " she said.
Lucas turned his head to her , he didn't need her there at all. He needed to get her away from his life , knowing full well about her status as a member of the LOV.
" hey Luke.....can I ask you something? " Toga asked , she was also looking down on the city.
Lucas looked at her , nodded and looked back at the city.
" Do you anything about me , about what we did during.....your time as a villain? " She asked , her eyes on his back.
Lucas sighed , " yeah , I do " he simply said.
