~Chp 1: Desicions~

"No, im not going to that wretched place" I said to lily as I threw a stake at the wooden dummy that was a silhouette of a person, hitting it straight at its throat.

Lilly sat on a wooden box next to me, twirling her hair with her fingers. I starred at her with a blank face thinking why didn't she practice she needed it more than me.

"But why not? You need your education. All hunters must in order to become officials" lily responded, "besides I need my education too i can go with you."

"No lily, i've made my desicion" I grabbed another stake from the box, "and no one is going to make me change it." I threw the stake at full force. It broke through the head of the wooden dummy hitting the wall with a ¡Bam!

Once I was done with practice I walked outside to meet the headmaster in the garden.

"Ahhhhh my sweet yuri im so glad to see you" he ran towards me in an attempt to hug me but i dodge and he fell to the ground face first. "Well aren't you a ray of sunshine."

"Good morning headmaster." I raised my hand trying to block the irritating sun out of my eyes.

"Yuri..." He paused for a second before continuing, "you know why I'm here don't you?Im still waiting on your decision..."
I kept quiete and looked to the floor looking at the way the green grass sank under my boots, "...my dream from the start was always for humans and vampires to coexist and you know that."

"Mmmmm yes i know that headmaster." I finally whispered brushing my long hair behind my ear, "but it's not really humans I need to coexist with im fine with them." I wiggled my boot on the grass and stopped. "You know who is there"

"Yes i know-"

I interrupted him abruptly, "Well if you know then why? Why make me go there?"

He just stared at me blankley. I cleared my throat "I refuse.... please I don't want to go there not yet, im not ready " I looked back down at the black leather.

"Fine do as you wish but, maybe if you gave him a second chance he might be different." I simply looked away not wanting to meet his gaze even though I felt it burn through my head.
"Alright but you know you can't hide here forever someday you will have to face your reality." he answered as he turned around and began to walk away.
I stood in my place and looked up yo the blue sky. Even so I had to admit he was right I couldn't hide here forever im a starving pureblood and at some point im going to explode.... i couldn't hide here forever....i...couldnt.....
I turned around.

"Headmaster wait!" I screamed and ran after him "Headmaster!" I saw the headmaster stop in his tracks and turn around.

"Yuri?"

I panted "Wait headmaster, you're right." I straightened myself not thinking about the next words to come out of my mouth. "I will go to the academy."

The headmaster gasped "Y-yuri thats great-"

"But on one condition," I interrupted " I get to be with lily in the day class."

"But you're a pureblood y..you can't..." he sighed, knowing that it was the only way to make me go ".....fine but I hope you're aware yuki will be in the day class."

"I don't care I prefer her over kaname besides its not like she'll even remember me."
I thought about it "So, kaien do we have a deal?"

"Of course Yuri." He turned to leave "you can start on Monday." He soon left and I walked back to the bunks to tell lily.

"Omg im soooo excited! I hear that school is very good! I can't wait to go!" Lily exclaimed.

"Yeah i guess so," I responded with a sigh "We start Monday, we should probably begin packing we only have two days left here."

I walked to my room and shut the door looking at myself in the mirror my once black long hair was now turning red again and halfway through my back. I had cut it awhile ago in my rebellious attempt to "destroy" who I am. I pulled my bangs out of my face starring at my blue grey eyes as they soon turned bright red. I let my bangs fall back over them and smashed the mirror with my fist. I watched as the pieces of glass fell in the sink and the cuts on my knuckles started healing instantly. I could tell it was going to be a wonderful nightmare.
