~Chp 11: im irregular~

Yuris pov*

"What are you doing here?" I turned to see zeros piercing eyes glaring at me.

"I just came to get fresh air" i spoke softly and steady, leaning on a tree. He didn't respond but continued to stare at me. We stayed in silence and i could feel his eyes burn through me. Inspecting every part of my body.

I turned and stared back. My eyes fell on the tattoo on his neck, the symbol was meant for him to control his lust for blood. I scoffed.

"How do you do it?" I asked without looking at him. He looked at me questionably. "You act so tough, so brave when it's easy to see your breaking inside". I walked towards him and stopped infront of him.

I drew every inch of him in with my eyes from his chest to his neck to his jaw and back to his neck. I brought my hand up and traced the symbol on his neck.

He remained quiet and still the whole time, just staring down at me.

"Um..sorry....ignore me, i dont even know what im saying" I looked up at him and smiled, "I guess......i guess i should go back to my dorm before they come looking for me"

I walked past him and headed for the day class dormitory before zero could say anything.

I swiftly got into the girls dormitory and into my old room with lily. She was sound asleep and my bed next to hers was empty. I walked towards her and shook her slowly.

"Lily?" I whispered. I didnt want to wake her but i wanted to talk with her and just feel her comfort. She groaned and her eyes fluttered open.

"Yuri!?" She stood into a sitting position and whispered "what are you doing you can't be here you should be with the night class"

I embraced her just as she finished her sentence, "I just miss you so much lily" i sighed and sat on her bed.

"Whats wrong?" Lily asked.

"I dont know honestly things have been so hectic lately with the night class, kaname..." I trailed off "I really want to go back to Headquarters i feel like i cant do this anymore, i feel so weak" my eyes began to water and lily embraced me.

"I know i miss how things used to be too. But we can't go back now. And yuri your not weak your such a brave person but your letting your Past get to you. Focus on your studies and try to forget kaname for just a bit. Maybe it will help."

"I wish it were as easy as you say" i smiled "i should go sorry for waking you go back to sleep"

"Ok...you be careful"

"Ill try" i said climbing off her bed and walking towards the door i whispered,"Bye" before shutting the door behind me. I walked back outside heading for the dorms when i felt someones presence behind me.

"Toga yagari" i turned to see him leaning against a tree.

"So you ended up coming to this crap hu kid?" He chuckled. "So hows your experience been? Not easy living around so much blood is it?" He blew smoke out from his cigarette. I hadnt been with this many humans probably my whole life. Even in headquarters i always tried to be with the least people possible.

I smirked "Your an idiot, Yagari"

He walked towards me ruffling my hair. "I see you've met my student" I looked at him puzzled "Zero" he explained

"U...um yeah i-"

"Oh i saw you two talking earlier, some relationship you two have"

"Its not like that"

"No? Then?"

"I pity him"

"Of?"

I scoffed "nothing important Yagari, its nothing"

"It didn't sound like nothing"

I shook my head and smiled at him. Yagari and i had always been good friends since i was small. "You should get to your dorm kid"

I nodded "yeah" i said as i walked past him to the dorms.

Arriving at my room i kicked my shoes off and layed on my soft bed. I was exhausted. So many things running through my head. I pushed them all away and shut my eyes falling into a deep sleep..
