It was 5:30 in the morning.
The roosters were crowing like mad and Red groggily slid off his bed. Looking out the window, he found that all the animals were still asleep- except for the chickens.
   Obviously.
Red had only been living at the farm for a fortnight. Earlier in the month he and his friend Blue had woken up in a field next to an abandoned farm. Luckily, the house was still contact and only needed cleaning and a few renovations. Even luckier was that there was pocket cash in almost all of the cabinets.
Who had left them here? Red had no idea. He had no memories of what hat happened before and had no insight on what could have happened. He was completely oblivious to everything that could've rung a bell in his brain. He also had no idea why he would wake up right next to his dream life, but all was fine for him so long as his life was peaceful.

-Blue's POV-

Meanwhile, at Blue's room, he was completely unaffected by the heck-loud roosters outside of the farm. That is, until fifteen minutes later when Red bust his door open, ran inside, and shook his shoulder until he agreed to wake up.
By the time he was completely awake, he found himself dragging his feet down the stairs. Red had already ran outside to feed the animals, so he decided to start on making breakfast.
A thought struck him. Why had he ended up here? How had he just conveniently woken up with Red who also just wanted to start a farm and live a peaceful life? Why was there just enough cash in the cabinets? How come they were just next to the farm when they woke up? Who-
"HEY BLUEBERRY! I picked up some eggs!"
   Red was back.
"Don't call me blueberry" was Blue's reply, right after taking some blueberries out of the fridge and pouring some into a bowl of cereal, along with the milk.
"Have you ever tried putting honey in the cereal? With the blueberries and the milk? Did you make toast today? I like toast. Oh yeah! Today one of the pigs-"
"I have a question. Where do you get all your energy from?" Blue said.
Red did not appear to hear him, and continued blabbering.

There was a knock on the door.

(Which, by the way, did shut Red up. But now I am leaving you on this horrible and dramatic cliffhanger.)
