There was a knock on the door.
Red immediately stopped talking, and the whole house went quiet.
Blue tried to listen to see if their unexpected visitor would talk, but the entire place was quiet. The animals were scuffling around as usual, and he could maybe just hear some whispering-
Whispering?
Red did not whisper. Red talked. And screamed. And yelled. He would not whisper.
Moving carefully so he couldn't be heard, he inched his way to the door.
"Think anyone's in there?" A voice said.
"Of course there is. There are animals bumping around, and their food bowls are still full. If someone hadn't fed them today, then the bowls would be empty. Also, one of the top windows has the curtains pulled open. If no one was here, they'd pull the curtains closed first. Also, inside the room it looks well kept and tidy. The grass was also mo-"
"Shut up, yellow. Second's here for because- uh- I don't know. But still- wait- Second- what- why are we here?"
"The room above is very blue themed" was the reply.
Blue opened the door, causing the residents outside to either step back, scream and hide behind another, or just say "Weren't you expecting this?" which was not expected at all.
Looking at the three visitors, they all had matching bags that were all labeled "Coal High School". One of them was Orange with a hollow head. The other 2 had filled heads like Red and Blue, but they were yellow and green.
"What?" Blue asked.
"Go ahead, second," said the green one.
"Well, um- our house ran out of eggs," the hollowhead said.
"That is not what you needed if you dragged us here with you. You probably have another conspiracy theory about why we just ended up in an alleyway with someone looking down at us, and now you've decided to drag this-" the yellow one peaked in- "these two people into it." The yellow one finished another one of his rants. He seemed pretty smart.
Blue did not want people arguing at his doorstep. He did not like it either. He sighed, and was about to slam the door when Red joined the conversation.-Red's POV-
"-why we ended up in an alleyway with someone-"
Red perked up. These people seemed to also have been abandoned somewhere. There could be a connection between them. Just as Blue was about to slam the door, Red stepped into the conversation.
"What do you mean by 'ended up in an alleyway'? We were abandoned somewhere. Were you abandoned somewhere? Like maybe two weeks ago? Or something like that?" Red asked. "Also what're your names?"
"We probably should start off with introductions first. I'm Green, the hollowhead over there is The Second Coming, but we call him Second. Also this annoying smart one here is Yellow." the green one (or Green now) said.
"Yeah yeah yeah- also yeah- uh- I did think of another conspiracy theory and I saw on the newspaper "Abandoned farm no longer abandoned, people mysteriously appeared" or whatnot and I thought 'woah didn't we also mysteriously appear' so then like-" Second (almost) said, before being cut off by Blue.
"If you're going stay this long, then come inside to talk. Can I get you anything to eat? It's pretty early." He said.
"That would be a really good idea," Green replied.
"Get in, then" was Blue's response.("Get in, then?" That's the worst thing I've ever written as a cliffhangey ;-;)
