This is Ozzi, third prince of Pani. Ice and snow are his affinity or whatever. He's pretty stoic, but super empathetic. I can never match his hair, it's hard to replicate the exact design but I did my best.
I trashed the spear and gave him a regular lance. It's a lot more aerodynamic and better suited to his looks. The original spear was too top heavy and ugly in my opinion.
