It was later on in the evening and I couldn't take my mind off of the events that had taken place this morning. I hadn't heard from Kj and I was starting to feel unsettled. Lili and I were making dinner and she was bombarding me with questions about Kj. I decided that it was about time that I tell her about Kj and I's dramatic history. I told her that we slept together years ago, we were basically a couple, I was pregnant, then I miscarried and then we broke up. It was tough bringing up the past but it felt good to have her understand our relationship a bit better, I didn't just have the hots for Kj, we went through a lot together and I was in love with him. Although she still wasn't too crazy about the fact that he was with Clara, but hopefully after today that was all going to change.
"So Kj was actually going to be a baby daddy?" Lili smirked.
"Yes he was! He still could be!" I joked.
"Cami!" Lili laughed.
"What? Our baby would've been one good lookin kid!" I continued.
Lili and I finished cooking and started dishing out food onto our plates, we made baked potatoes and Cesar salad. As we began to sit at the table the door bell rang.
"I'll get it!" Lili said rushing over to the door. I took my seat put some salad on my fork, but before I could take a bite Lili came back to the table and said "it's for you." And standing behind her was Kj.
"Kj what're you doing here?" I asked confused.
"Can we talk for a second?" He responded.
"Okay, yeah, Lili I'll be right back you can start without me." I got up out of my chair and walked towards the balcony. I closed the door behind Kj as he stepped outside, we both took a seat on the patio couch.
"Is everything okay?" I asked him, I was a little concerned as he hadn't texted or called he just showed up at our place.
"I need a place to sleep Cami." Kj answered.
"Why can't you sleep at your place?"
"Clara is sleeping at my place and I can't spend the night with her." He explained.
"Why not? She doesn't want you there? It's your house Kj she can't just-"
"I don't want to spend the night with her Cami." Kj cut me off.
"Ohhhh!" I completely misread the situation.
"So you want to spend the night here? With me?" I started catching on.
"Yes Cami, I want to spend the night here. With you." Kj giggled well resting his hand on my cheek pulling my head towards his. He pressed his lips up against mine and I couldn't help but kiss him back, a couple of kisses in and we began making out. We broke our lips apart and gazed into each other's eyes enjoying the moment. The patio door slid open and Lili stood there with her plate in her hand and a piece of salad on her fork. "So are you guys gonna join me or am I eating by myself?"

We all sat at the table eating our food in silence.
"So do you guys always do dinners together?" Kj asked trying to make light conversation.
"Don't forget breakfast and lunch." Lili laughed.
"Well we'll see how good breakfast is in the morning aye!" Kj responded. And I had totally forgot to mention to Lili that Kj was spending the night.
"Oh so you're spending the night?" Lili questioned. "Look, I don't wanna get all up in your business but if your spending the night here I assume that you and Clara are no longer together?" Lili continued. Kj looked at me shocked he had no idea that Lili knew but she was sworn to secrecy!
"She knows Kj." I told him blatantly.
"Oh do I ever know!" Lili chimed.
"Well if you must know Clara and I haven't gotten the chance to talk about it yet but I am going to end things with her." I was upset by his answer he had all day to end things with her why hadn't he done it yet?
Lili and I both didn't respond we looked at each other and then continued to eat our food unimpressed by the words that had come out of Kj's mouth.
"Okay listen, I know it's not the best situation but if it was I'd already be done with her. I broke up with her when she was in France and what did she do? she came all the way to Vancouver and still won't accept the fact that I don't want to be with her anymore." Kj explained looking for a little more sympathy.
"Kj we're not trying to judge you, I just, I love Cami and I don't want to see her get hurt. If it was literally any other guy doing this with her I'd tell him to fuck off. But I don't know. as much as I hate to admit it, I can tell you guys love each other. I could tell the second we started filming." Lili was right, about everything. About us loving each other and her not wanting me to get hurt.
"Thanks Lili I appreciate your honesty." Kj said.
We finished our dinner and sent Lili off to bed while we did the dishes. I washed and Kj dried.
"Kj? can i in ask you something?" I said while washing a plate.
"Of course, you can ask me anything." He smiled.
"You said you hadn't gotten the chance to talk to Clara yet, but she's been here all day why haven't you talked to her yet?" I was concerned Kj was hiding something from me.
"I have Cami it's just going to take longer then a day for her to get it through her head." He said while drying the plate I had just washed.
"Well why hasn't it gotten through her head yet? It shouldn't take 24 hours to say 'hey I'm breaking up with you'" I wanted to believe Kj but the whole situation was a bit sketchy I didn't want him stringing me along if he wasn't ready to say bye to Clara yet. Kj put the towel down and grabbed the dish out of my hand and put it on the counter. He leaned his back against the counter and grabbed my waist holding me against him.
"Cami I want to be with you, we are basically already together." He smirked.
"No no no we aren't basically anything until you and Clara are over." I wanted to be with him, there's nothing that I wanted more.
"So I can't kiss you?" He teased as I was still pulled up against him.
"Nope not until you and Clara are over." I repeated.
"Cami me and Clara are over, the next time I see her I'm going to tell her that I'm in love with you." Did I just hear Kj correctly? He is going to tell her that he's "in love" with me?
"Did you just say you're in love with me?" I asked him.
"Cami, I'm in love with you, I always have been and I always will be."
"Kj.. I'm in love with you too." I put my arms around his neck and we both leaned in kissing each other passionately.
"Can we go to your room now?" Kj said teasing me.
"We can do whatever you want." I smirked and before I knew it Kj swept me off my feet carrying me to the bedroom.
