Tanya drove off the school and decided to buy a meal.

Before ordering, she turned her face and saw Sandy. She went closer to her and smiled.

"Hi, Sandy", she then waved her hands which made her look at it. "What was that?", she thought to herself.

"Hi, Tanya. Take a seat", said Sandy.

Tanya sat in front of Sandy and they talked.

"How are you? Fully healed?", she asked.

"Yes, thanks for visiting sa house."

"No problem. I'm glad you invited me", Tanya spoke while smiling.

Sandy was about to speak when she noticed a presence.

She looked at her side and saw Vince.

"Hi!", Sandy greeted.

Tanya realized they know each other so she decided to order already, "Excuse me..".

Sandy nodded at Tanya and then she looked back at him. "Ah, take a seat", she said which made Vince smile.

"How are you?", Vince smilingly asked.

It's been a long time since they saw each other. Vince and Sandy had a relationship in High School and for the woman, it was a huge mistake. She had a relationship at a very young age because of the influence she got and even disobeyed her mom. But for Vince, it's not a mistake, he really loved Sandy and she influenced him to study hard and without her, he wouldn't turn into a good man. Sandy was the one who decided break up because she knows she can't handle everything.

"I'm fine, thank you for asking. You?", Sandy genuinely smiled.

"Higit pa sa okay. Nakita kasi kita e", Vince then winked.

"Wow, you're confident, Mr. Lopez", Sandy then chuckled.

Sandy then got her order.

Tanya would steal glances at them while waiting for her turn to order, and she was surprised herself for doing such a thing. She was just observing the two and she can see them smiling.

After a moment of silence, Vince decided to ask her out.

"Are you free tonight?", he asked which made Sandy glare at him.

"Are you asking me out? A date?", she asked while knowingly smiling at him.

"Will you say yes?"

"I'm sorry, Vince. We're better off as friends."

"Pa-smile smile ka pa akala ko naman you'll say yes", he teased which made Sandy widen her mouth.

"Grabe ka!", she exclaimed and hit his arms.

"Shh!"

"Just kidding, no pressure"

"Yep. I know you wouldn't do that"

Vince decided to order already as silence occured.

Sandy took her order with her since she chose to take out the food.

She walked closer to Tanya who was ordering.

Tanya looked at her as she noticed her presence. She just smiled at her which made the latter smile back.

After ordering, Tanya sat on the corner and Sandy followed her.

There was a moment of silence and Sandy can notice Tanya was not looking at her.

Minutes after, Tanya got her order. She walked out of the restaurant while Sandy followed her.

"Anong nangyari dito? Dalaw ba?", Sandy thought to herself while walking after Tanya because of the sudden change of the atmosphere.

As they were about to part their ways at the parking lot, Sandy hurriedly walked to stand before Tanya.

"Ano ba nangyari sa'yo?", Sandy asked.

"Wala...", she said, not looking at Sandy and her face was looking irritated.

"Ano nga? May nagawa ba ko?", she asked again.

Tanya clicked her tongue and looked at Sandy.

"Sandy, Okay lang ako. So please let's go home and take a sleep", she said.

Sandy just nodded at her and parted their ways as they both walked closer to their cars.

Before entering her car, Sandy can still see Tanya's irritated face.

Tanya and Sandy drove off the place.

Tanya got home still trying to figure out her emotions. She thought about, maybe it's jealousness or maybe her period.

As Tanya was about to twist the door knob of their house, someone called her....a familiar voice.

"Pwede ba tayong mag-usap?"

Tanya then faced him, it revealed Anton.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?", she asked.

"I just want to say sorry for what I've done."

"Umalis ka na," she said and then opened their door. Before she can even take an another step, Anton held her wrist and she faced him.

"Ano ba?! Bitawan mo nga ako!"

Anton let go of her. "I'm so sorry. Alam kong hindi ko na mababawi 'yun. I'm sorry, Tanya."

"Oo, Anton. Hindi mo na mababawi 'yun kaya umalis ka na hindi ko kailangan ng paawa effect mo!"

"Tanya.." Anton's face softened upon hearing what Sandy said. His bestfriend who used to hang out with him, study with him, laugh with him and cry with him. Now, he's losing his bestfriend.

"Anton, siniraan mo ako sa lahat. Hindi naman ako gano'ng tao, hindi ba? Hindi naman ako gano'n, Anton."

"Kung ano ano pa sinabi mo sa kanila na puro masasama tungkol sa akin. Ano 'yun?! Huwag mong sabihin na dahil lang 'yun sa alak."

"Hindi ako uminom no'n. Gusto ka raw kasing ligawan nung mokong na 'yun."

Tanya raised her right eyebrow. "E baka magustuhan mo sya....baka maagaw ka nya sakin..." he continued.

Anton then clenched his jaw.

"Anong maagaw?"

"M-mahal kita..."

"Tumigil ka nga, Anton. Huwag mong gawing palusot 'yan dahil hindi sakin gagana 'yan."

Tanya started to walk away from him but Anton held her hand this time.

"Ano ba? Bitawan mo 'ko."

Anton didn't let go of her.

"Totoo 'yun. I love you, Tanya."

Tanya released her wrist from Anton and then calmed herself to say nothing stupid that she surely won't want to. "Sana 'yung pagmamahal mo na 'yan, pinakita mo sa magandang paraan. Kasi, nasira ako Anton. Nasira ako. Buti nga may isang babae na kakilala ko na hindi ginawang big deal ang kung ano ako at kung sino ang gusto ko."

"I'm sorry, Tanya."

"Umalis ka na, Anton."

Anton left Tanya's house with a painful heart. The moment Tanya shoo him away, he knew, he already lost his beloved bestfriend. His bestfriend since highschool-the one he thought would be always beside him.
