Sandy stopped from eating her food and then went out the house just to see Vince.
"Anong ginagawa mo dito?"
Vince : Bakasyon. Nandito sila mama, remember?
"Oh, yes. Kailan ka pa dumating?"
Vince: Kanina lang. Inasikaso ko pa 'yung bahay namin e.
"Do you wanna come in?"
Vince says no so she thought he will ask her out.
Vince: "Tara. Labas tayo"
"Have you had your breakfast?"
Vince sarcasticlly smiled at her and so Sandy got an answer to her question, it's a no.
"You know what? Why don't you come in and have your breakfast with us?"
Vince didn't second thought of Sandy's offer and they went inside the house.
Helena and Mirna welcomed him as they see their family a friend. Vince joined them as they eat and they had a nice talk about everything like: studies, home, memories and families.
"We're going out, mom."
Vince looked at her in disbelief and interrupted, "Tita, we'll drink."
"Vince!, No, mom. We won't drink, we'll just hang out sa bahay po nila."
Helena shook her head and replied,
"Mag-iingat kayo."––––
"Mom, I'm tired. Pupunta pa po ako sa restau mamaya," Tanya said as she was taking her jacket off.
"Saan ka nagpunta nung sinabi naming hindi ka pwedeng lumabas ng bahay, Valentina?"
I am not Valentina.
"I told you I went out to go to my friend."
Lina couldn't believe what she just heard from Tanya.
"Someone saw you. May pinuntahan kang babae sa airport. Sino 'yun?"
"Don't act like you doesn't know who it was. Don't act like you didn't see us. It's not 'someone'; it was you. Kaya mo nga po ako hindi pinalabas no'n."
Tanya was about to enter her room when Lina spoke, "Tumigil ka, Tanya. Hindi ko gusto 'yung tono mo."
Tanya looked down and put her hands to the side of her waist.
Tanya then looked at her directly. "Ma, all I want is for you to accept us. You and dad to accept us but...I don't see a chance. I know we have the same sex. But, ma, isn't it a little too much to help a man pursue me? Stop making a man believe na may chance sya sa akin. He's been sending me flowers, for Pete's sake!"
"Stop it na, anak."
"I can't believe you, ma. You said nangyari na rin sayo 'to. You were in a relationship with a girl, right?"
"Oo, pero--"
"Then why can't you understand me? Why can't you support me?"
"I understand you anak that's why I don't like you having a relationship with a girl."
"Why po? Let me understand you."
"I know the criticisms that you'll get or you got."
"Criticisms. Criticisms," she then chuckled while face-palming.
"Ma? You're worried about criticisms? I've seen my brother got shot dead and you think criticisms can ruin me?"
Her mother's face changed and then she realized what she just said. "I'm sorry, ma."
There was a brief silence after she said that. Tanya then sat on the chair beside her door.
Lina sighed, "Anak, I'm worried about you. I don't want you to go through what I've gone through. I love you. I hope you understand me na."
"I'm trying."
Jose went out of their room which shocked Tanya. She hurriedly stood up and fixed herself.
"The man you're talking about likes you."
Tanya gave him a confused look while Lina was just staring at him.
"Give him a chance. Bakit hindi mo muna subukan?"
Tanya looked at him in disbelief, scoffed and then she entered her room leaving the two.

Sandy and Vince decided to just stay at the backyard of the latter's house and drink beers. Vince tried so hard pleasing Sandy to drink with him so she didn't have a choice but to agree.
They're both drunk as they already drank 1 bottle of it.
Mahal mo, 'no? – Vince
Sandy looked at him and smiled.
Sobra. – Sandy
"O 'di ba. Umamin ka rin," Vince replied and shook his head.
"Alam mo ba... s'ya ang kauna-unahang babaeng minahal ko," Sandy said and then she sat properly.
"Hindi ko makakalimutan 'yung takot ko nang nagsimula ako mahalin s'ya. Ang daming what ifs. Paano kung hindi kami matanggap? Paano kung hindi naman sya seryoso? What if... minahal nya lang ako kasi ako 'yung nando'n nung kailangan nya ng masasandalan?", she continued.
"Ngayon, hindi ko makita 'yung chance to be with her forever. Nakikita ko naman future ko with her, e. Kaya lang, parang pinaglalaruan kami ng tadhana."
Vince moved a little closer to her with a confused look, "Anong pinaglalaruan?"
"It seems like her parents are not supporting us. Hindi sya pinalabas ng bahay when I think nagpaalam sya para ihatid kami sa airport."
"Sinabi nya bang that was the reason?", Vince spoke while pouring a beer into Sandy's shot glass.
"Hindi naman....Hindi naman s'ya nagbigay ng reason when I asked her...pero ramdam mo naman 'yun, di ba? "
Sandy then smiled which scared Vince a little, "Pero! Dumating siya, Vince. Dumating ang mahal ko."
Sandy let out a hearty laugh and then drank the alcohol inside her shot glass.
Vince deeply stared at her and, "Mahal mo nga talaga sya, Sandy."
"Syempre. Mahal na mahal na mahal ko 'yun. I actually can't wait for us to get married. Alam mo 'yun?"
Vince chuckled in disbelief. "Alam mo ikaw, you love rushing things. Take it slowly, Sandy."
"Oo naman. I just can't wait to marry her. Just think about it, Vince. Sandy Velria-Ohales."
"Oh, right. Sounds great."
"Di ba!? Ang ganda ganda ganda."
"E, sya? Maganda ba sya?," Vince asked which made Sandy glare at him.
"Why?," Vince asked obviously confused why Sandy's looking at him that way.
"Tumigil ka ha. I haven't killed anyone baka ikaw pa unahin ko."
"Hindi ko naman aagawin."
"Hindi ko sasagutin tanong mo."
Vince laughed as he was seeing a drunk Sandy.
It has been a long time.
