Chapter 8

Tay's POV

Time came back from his trip and everything went back to normal. I really don't get mad at him for long. How pathetic I thought.

It was a great day and work was over and we ended up at Yok's bar. It was quite lively as I really needed some entertainment at the moment.

Time and I were sitting when we saw Tem and his friend make their way into the bar. Porsche was here so of course it was normal he was here too. Tem was looking dashing I must say. I kept a neutral expression on my face and didn't bother looking at Time's reaction as I didn't want to give myself another headache.

Let's dance Time, I said trying to lift him off the couch. You go ahead and I'll join later, he said and I gave up and headed off to the floor. I saw Tem was standing alone as his friend was busily dancing elsewhere.
Do you wanna dance? I asked him. That would be great he said with a bright smile.
Okay then let's hop on the floor, I said pulling him to the dance floor.

I danced my heart out as if it was my last and I didn't care if Time was looking at me. I really needed this.
You look energetic tonight, Tem said suddenly.
I really am Tem, It been a while I did this.
The dance continued until we were both exhausted and made our way over to sit.

This is our third time meeting so I guess we can consider being friends now? Tem asked suddenly. Well I wouldn't mind being friends Tem. Besides, I enjoyed your company the last time so yeah we can be friends, I replied back.
Great, so can we exchange contacts? He asked while handing me his phone. I took it and entered my contact and he did same with mine. I'll see you around then, he said and made his way out.

I ended up with Porcshe and the other bodyguards trying to stop Tankhun from going hyper than he already is. I even forgot to check if Time was still around. I decided to check if he was anywhere inside and I saw him making his way into the bar.

Where did you go to? I asked after I approached him.
I went outside for a little fresh air, he replied.
Okay can we go now? Am kinda tired and want to get some sleep.
Sure, let's get you home, he said before making his way over to tell Kinn we were leaving.

We left and made our way back home. You had lots of fun today, Time said while still focused on the road. You refused to dance with me so I went to dance by myself, I replied.
I didn't see you dance by yourself. When did you become close to Tem? he asked in a curious tone.
I went grocery shopping when you left on the trip and I happen to meet him at the supermarket. He helped me with my stuff also, I said looking at what his expression will be but nothing changed on his face.

The rest of the drive was quiet and we got home a while later.
I took off my jacket and threw it in the couch and Time immediately picked it up putting it away properly. What a neat freak, I said walking into the bathroom to have my shower. He joined me and we got ourselves washed and went straight to bed.

Come here cutie. I want to cuddle you for the whole night, he said pulling me into his arms. I didn't refuse and snuggled into him more.
Goodnight cutie, he said as he kissed me on the cheek before we finally drifted off to sleep.

I woke up to the sun rays hitting my face. I looked beside me and Time wasn't there. Where could he have gone to? I got up and checked the bathroom but he wasn't in there. I made my way downstairs to find him but there was still no sign of him. I made my way over to the kitchen and there was breakfast already prepared with a note left behind.

I'll be out for some business. You were sleeping and looked tired so I didn't want to wake you. Enjoy your breakfast. I'll be back later in the evening. I love you cutie!

I put the note away and proceeded to eat my meal. He's always a good cook, I thought to myself. I was eating when my phone started ringing. I picked it up and it was Tem.
Hey, he said after I answered. You're up already?
Yes for a while now, I replied. Do you need anything Tem? I asked curious.
Do you have time to grab lunch together today?
