Prince Eis"I demand an answer..." he breathed shakily, "whoever spilled her blood is mine to slaughter!"
"Calm down, Eis." Sselvu snapped, he abruptly, without warning, slammed her against the wall, his trembling body full of rage that somebody had dared touch CryoFangs.
"TELL ME WHAT YOU DID TO HER!?" He screamed, "WHERE IS SHE?"
Sselvu struggled against his talon at her throat, her eyes burning with a ferocious fire that was almost nothing compared to him, he wasn't in the mood for her attitude, he only desired one thing and that one thing only.
"EIS! IT WASN'T HER!" Weeper insisted with a snarl, "GET OFF OF HER!"
"NOT UNTIL I KNOW WHERE CRYOFANGS IS! NOBODY'S LEAVING UNTIL WE FIND HER!!" He roared, gazing at the king with tear-filled eyes as his voice dropped to a distraught whisper, "please... you've g-gotta help m-me find her..."
Eis let go of Sselvu and fell to his knees, everything hurt inside of him, Cryo had been hurt and he hadn't been there to protect her, she was missing and he had no idea where she could've went...
He did know one thing, despite the harsh disagreements in his head: 'sobbing and screaming won't help me, I have to figure this out before something horrible happens and I–'
Eis couldn't bring himself to think about finding her dead, the thought was incomprehensible and unbelievable to him, 'no... she's alive, I know that for a fact!'
'And yet... my promise to her was broken,' he realized with a jolt of sorrow, 'I didn't keep my word, she's hurt and lost and I'm not able to comfort or protect her... I... this is my fault...'
"Weeper," he spoke solemnly, "please... send whoever you can to help me look for CryoFangs, we begin the search immediately; tell them to report anything found to me, and..." I don't know what to say... "and pray that we find her soon."
The king nodded, "absolutely, I will go do that now." He swept away from him and ran down the hall, Eis turned to Sselvu. "Queen Sselvu, I instruct you to help me figure out what happened here. You too–" he pointed at the other dragon, who nodded and set to examining the blood. Sselvu just about rolled her eyes, but quickly got to work.
Eis silently examined the claw marks dug into the wood, he traced his claw through one of them, lurching when his claw almost fit the laceration exactly, "she struggled with someone here," he said, "she was pinned on her stomach."
"This blood is fresh," said the Wyrmwood beside him, "this was just recently."
"What about these books, Jadeite?" Asked Sselvu, "they seem pretty important."
Jadeite, the librarian, quickly nabbed the books from her and examined them, "A LichtSeele's Guide to the Exorcism of SchattenSeeles" and "A Beginner's Guide to The Demons of Elementia." He breathed, looking at Eis, who was giving him an unreadable expression. "Was she studying this for something, Eis?"
He nodded slightly and tried holding back his tears, "yes, s-she was."
'Wait a moment...' "was Vilethorn in the library?" He asked in a rush, Jadeite nodded. "Why?"
"What did he check out? How long were those two in the library together?"
He thought for a moment, "he was in the library long before her, but they barely interacted and she seemed nervous around him. As for what he checked out..."
