No POV:
Moving day. Today was the day that Travis was finally moving out of his house. He will finally be away from his father. All the brown cardboard boxes were packed and taped closed. Sal asked the gang to help Travis move in.
"Damn this one is heavy" Todd said lifting one of the boxes to carry out to the car. "Yeah I think that one has my books in it" Travis chuckled lifting a box. The two carried them out together and put the boxes in the car. Larry brought his car and Ash brought her moms car so that they wouldn't have to do so many trips. "Only a few more!" Larry mentioned walking out the house with another box to put in his car. "The car looks full so I'll head over and come back for the rest!" Larry pulled his keys out of his pocket. "I'll go with him to make it go faster" Todd said opening the passenger door.
Ash was at the apartment unloading her car. Chug and Maple were helping by bringing the boxes up to the apartment.
Larry and Todd headed off. Sal and Travis were left at the house. The two decided to bring out the last boxes so they can just put them in the car for the last trip.
Now finished with moving boxes for a little bit Travis and Sal were left with nothing to do. They played simple hand games like patty cake and sticks to past the time. After playing a few rounds Ash pulled up again. "Hey guys!" The two got up and Ash got out of the car. The last load was put into the car. Everyone got in and headed back to the apartments. The boxes were brought up and moved into the apartment. Only took 3 car loads. The apartment had the numbers 402 on the door.
Everyone left after eating a few snacks and having some drinks. Sal and Travis being left once again. "I think we did enough today, unpack tomorrow" Sal suggested, tired of moving. Travis nodded in agreement also tired. Travis flopped onto the bed. Sal flopped on top of him. Travis wrapped his arms around the blue haired boy. Sal was mostly comfortable but kept moving his head around. His head uncomfortable from the prosthetic but to comfortable to do anything about it. Travis noticed Sals shifting against his chest. He let go with one of his arms and unclipped the buckles on the back. Sal lifted his head and Travis took the prosthetic off and put it on the end table. "Thank you" sal laughed. "Didnt look very comfortable" Travis joined in Sal's laughter.
The laughing died down. Sal now comfortably layed his head on Travis' chest. Tired out from the day the two fell asleep.
