Chapter 2 Kids?

"Honey I'm home" I hear Peeta yell from the front door. "Hi Honey I am in the living room."
Peeta than comes and sits next to me on the couch and wraps his arms around my waist. I feel sparks fly like when we were teenagers.

"I love you Katniss" I hear Peeta say as I am putting my head on his chest. "I love you too" I say as I Kiss Peeta on the lips. I feel his Tongue On my lower lip wanting my entrance. I open my mouth just as our tongues Dance with each other. We go for this until we need to stop for air.
"Want some dinner?" "I think I just had mine" I say to Peeta with a smirk on my face. He giggles at my comment.

But Peeta got up and made dinner any ways. "Lamb stew my favorite" I say as I walk up behind Peeta and hug him. "I knew you would like it" He knows me so well.

After Peeta is finished Making the stew we sit down and start to eat. "Oh My gosh Peeta this stew is Amazing." "I am glad you like" Peeta says with a smile on his face.

"Katniss I want to ask you something" What is it Peeta" I ask. "I want to have kids." I almost spit my stew out of my mouth at his comment.

I think to myself for a minute " Am I ready for kids?" Well I am getting older I am 36 and time is ticking. So I think I am ready for kids. But will I be a good mother? I know Peeta wants kids. I think I should do this for him because of all the things he has done for me.

"Peeta I think I am ready to have kids of my own." As soon as I say that he as the biggest smile on his face. "Katniss really you want to have kids!" He runs over to me and hugs me so tight.

"When do you want to try?" He asks with the biggest smile on his face. "How about right now?"

Peeta picks me up bridal style and carries me upstairs. He is so strong. As soon as I know it Peeta is on the bed kissing me everywhere. He starts to kiss my neck. I can not help it but I start to moan. Before I know it we are naked. After that the night goes by in a blur.
