Gales POV-
You can do this Katniss keep fighting.

They need to get here fast. I can not even feel the heart beat but she is breathing.

Whoever did this is going to get killed. I wonder if Katniss saw who did it.

Oh no what if Peeta did something when left him at the house. He is probably drunk or passed out because her was drinking liquor earlier.

To many thoughts in head. Just as I stopped thinking about it the ambulance comes.

"We need to get her to the hospital Kelly" someone yells to Kelly someone in the ambulance.

"Coming Dr.Tom" she yells back.

"Can you help her up on here young man" Kelly says while patting something.

After that I picked her up carful on to touch her wound.

"We need an IV Dr.Tom" Kelly yells while getting an IV.

"Kelly have We need to get the hospital this is a deep wound and She lost a lot of blood" Dr.tom yells and gets in the ambulance.

"Young sir Come in we need to get going." She says to me and by that I get in the ambulance.

After I get in I decide to call Peeta again.

~Ring Ring Ring Ring~
"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!??!!?!? THAT MOTHER FUCKER?!?!?!" I yell and everyone in the ambulance looks at me like I am crazy.

Well then I think I should call Katniss's mother. To tell her and maybe she can come to district 12.

~Ring Ring Ring ~ On the 3rd ring she picks up.

"Hi Gale how's it going." She asks

"You need to get to the hospital in district 12. Katniss has been shot and she may not make it.

"WHAT?!??!!?! I AM COMING RIGHT NOW" She yells on to the phone like the earth is going to explode.

5 Minutes later we finally get to the hospital. And Katniss is rushed into surgery.

"I wonder where the fuck that Mellark is. " I mumble to myself just before Katie (A/N: Katniss's mom) Comes running in cry her eyes out and giving me the biggest hug ever.

"My poor baby. She is the last one I have left." She says while sobbing into my shirt.

"It's going to be ok Mrs.Everdeen. It will be ok"I say.

We stay like this for 10 minutes. But then the doctor comes out.

"Hello I am Dr.Tom. Katniss did wonderful in her surgery and she will make it. But she lost a lot of blood. It's a good thing you found her when you did. Because if not she could of died. Also I have one question where is her husband." He says.
