Chapter 12

Time skip to friday afternoon
"Zuri! Ready to go shopping?" I heard Shuri yell.
Me and Peter, who was shirtless, were laying on the couch, I was laying on him, my head resting on his bare chest.

"Yesnt." I said, my voice muffled.
"Yesnt isn't a word Zuri." Shuri told me.
I lifted my head up to see Shuri looking at me and Peter.

"Peter, can I go shopping?" I asked Jokingly.
"I don't know, I have plans for later." He replied, lifting his head up and Smirking at me.
"Ok Babes, i'm going to go get ready, But i'm not forgetting about those plans. " I said, smirking back.
I gave him a quick kiss, and then rolled off of him, landing on the floor with a thud.

"I meant to do that." I said, getting up.
"Sure you did Love." He said, turning his whole body to face me.

"I have to get ready, babes." I said, smiling and walking towards my room.
"Gross." Shuri said, leaving the room.
I went to my room and put on a pairr of black leggings, and a crop black hoodie.
"How do you manage to be so hot all the time Love." Peter asked me.

I looked behind me to see Peter leaning against the door frame.
"Babes, come here." I told Peter, and he obliged.
I wrapped my arms around his waist, and looked up at him. I gave him a quick kiss.
"Babes I'll be back around 8 probably." I said looking at the clock in my room.
Its 6:23pm,

"Are you excited for our date tomorrow?" Peter asked me, smiling.
"Yes, I'm very excited about it." I replied, kissing him again.

"Bye Babes, I'll see you later," I told him, leaving the room to find Shuri.

"Bye Love." I heard Peter say from my room.
"Shuri, I'm ready to go." I said, walking into the common room of the compound.

"Great, Happys driving us to some shops so we can find a dress for you." Shuri told me, grabbing her Mini Backpack.

Hers is exactly like mine but a deep navy blue color.
"Ok, let's go." I said, heading out the front doors.
I immediately Saw Happy, and I walked over to him.
"Hey Happy." I said, smiling, and climbing into the back of the car.

"Wow, Peter isn't with you, you guys spent all week together." Happy tells me like I didn't know.
"Yah me and Shuri are going shopping cause i have a date tomorrow." I told him as Shuri got in.
"Yes, this is like the only time Peter and her have been separated besides highschool." Shuri says, smiling at me.

"Shut up Shuri." I said, smacking her shoulder
Happy got in the car and drove out of the compound driveway.

"Shuri, are you and Jordyn going on any dates?" I asked Shuri.

"Yes, tomorrow we are doing a pajama movie night in her compound room, because their room has tons of snacks and a bigger TV." She replied, a twinkle in her eye.

She really likes Jordyn.
"Hey Zuri, DO you think you love Peter?" Shuri asked me out of the blue.

"I'm not sure, I really like him, I really do, but I'm only 15 and he's 16, so I think it's a Little too early to say if I love him or not." I explained to Shuri, and it was true.

Me and Peter have only been dating for less than a week, and sure we really like each other, and we are practically inseparable, I don't think either one of us could say we love each other. For all we know, this could be a small fling.

"I think Jordyn may be the one for me." She said, smiling to herself.

"I bet she is, Y'all are perfect for each other." I told her, resting my head on the window.
"Ok Zuri and Shuri, we are at the shop." Happy told us, getting out of the car.
