Chapter 18

A/N- So close to this story coming to an end... One more Chapter after this, then its over... I honestly cant believe its come this far.

"We are going to DIE!" I yelled, freaking out.
"No, no, no, we aren't going to die, calm down Zuri." Peter told me, trying to comfort me.
"We win one out of every scenario of this battle!" I yelled, throwing my hands in the air.

"Zuri, listen to me, We. Aren't. Going. To. Die." Tony said enunciating the 'We aren't going to die.'
"Yah don't worry Zuri, we will be ok." Mantis told me, placing her hand on my shoulder.
"No we aren't, we-" I started, but couldn't finish my sentence because everything went black.

Peters POV

"Mantis, Thank you." Tony said, lifting up Zuris Limp body.
Tony asked Mantis, very quietly, to make Zuri Sleep. Mantis is really cool, like extremely cool. Tony set down Zuri on a rock. I walked over and sat next to her.

"How long will she be asleep?" I asked, holding Zuris hand.
"About 10 minutes." Mantis replied smiling.
"Ok, Let's get this party started." Quill, said, "Here's the Plan."

Back to Zuris POV

I woke up around 10 minutes ago, Peter holding my hand. I was freaking out over the 'We win 1 out of 14,000,605 outcomes of today' thing. Can you blame me? If i'm dying then i want to die in Wakanda, with my family hopefully with Peter.

"Hey Zuri." Peter said, walking into the crash landed ship.
"Hey Babes." I said walking over to him.
"You need to come hear the plan." He said, leading me out, where everyone else was.
"Why is the child back here?" Drax asked.
"I need to know the plan." I replied, ignoring him.

"Ok, Zuri Here's the plan." Quill said, explaining the plan to me as I nodded my head.

We all went to hide in designated spots, waiting for Thanos, the only one visible was Strange.
"Love, come here." Peter Whispered.
We were currently right above Strange. I walked over to where Peter was perched.
"What's up babes?" I asked, sitting next to him.
"I, You know I like you a lot, but if we fail today, what if one of us goes?" Peter asked me, and I stared at his beautiful face.
"I'm not sure Peter, I like you a lot too, I really do, but if today if the last day we see each other, then let's make it count." I told him, "Let's enjoy the time we have alone for now."

Peter smiled at me, and pulled me in and kissed me.

I've been watching Strange and Thanos talk for a while. I wasn't too interested, all Thanos was doing was telling Strange about how Titan used to be. Me and Peter have to be completely quiet.

I saw the piece of wreckage being pushed by Tony who then flew down and said something to quill. The wreckage on top of Thanos erupts, the pieces glowing with purple. He shouts as he uses the Power Stone to force the pieces at Tony, Peter swung down and webbed Thanos's eyes, Strange summoned a blade with his magic, Peter kicks Thanos' face, just as Strange summons a shield, absorbing the force of his blow, getting knocked back. 

Quill shoots Thanos from behind, and Thanos uses the Power Stone to shoot balls of energy at him while he climbs the magic stepping stones Strange formed in the air, and places an electric mine on his back. He turns to Quill, as he disengages his helmet, dives backward into a portal, flipping him off.

"Boom!" Quill yelled, and Thanos tried to use the space stone to pull him back.
I saw Strange Say something, but did not hear, and his cloak flew and wrapped around Thanos' hand, and the mine Quill placed on his back exploded.
A portal showed up next to me, showing Thanos Below, this was my cue. I jumped through just as Peter Kicked his head.
