parte tres

i hate times skips but whatever it had been a couple of weeks since ava and hayes first met

ava

i currently had an oversized blue shirt with some spandex and i was dancing to arctic monkeys. i feel someone grab my shoulder and i scream as i elbow the person's stomach. i turn off the music and and realize i just attacked hayes.

"oh my gosh haaass are you good there?" i say helping him up onto the bed. he is just groaning like a baby and he's holding onto his side for dear life.

"come on i didn't hit you that hard did i?" i say as i sit across from him on the bed.

"no of course you didn't" hayes said with a forced smile.

i laugh and he stands up and gives me a hug

"how you been?" he says into my shoulder.

"im good i guess, now that you're here" i say as i breath in his scent.

what happened is that, after levi left me, he spread some shit about me wanting the D and he refused and he's trying to make himself look like a victim, but hayes has stuck with me, he actually believed me and no one else. that's mainly why im developing a little crush on him.

oh who am i fooling, i have a giant crush on him.

"listen ava, we have been besties for a while now and i want you to meet the rest of my besties" he said after our long but enjoyable hug.

"yeah of course! i have always wanted to meet your friends. as long as you like them and they like you, i like them already.

i got dressed with a beige button up and some high waisted black skinny jeans. i grabbed my white vans to finish off my outfit.

we go downstairs and i tell my dad that im going to the park to go meet hayes's friends. he says i have 5 hours so i give him a hug and a kiss before i leave. we were walking and we were just talking about how much better the world would be if humans could fly with majestic wings and shit.

we finally got to the park and i saw a group of boys, one of them being a girl.

"hey guys this is my friend, her name is ava, i met her a while ago and i felt the need that you guys should know of her existence by now" he says. i was hiding behind him because to be honest i was kind of scared of what they were like. what if they didn't like my hair or the way my fingers look?

"come on ava, you can't hide behind me forever" he says

"i can try" i say in a low voice

"you are acting like a two year old" he whines as he turns around to face me

"well im 6 months.. gotcha" i say

he laughs and grabs me and pulls me forward his group of friends.

"hi im ava, on my free time i like to watch netflix and eat ice cream until my mouth goes numb, i also am in love with cuddling with random people" i say shyly.

a boy that looks around 16 and has a cute quiff squeals and runs up to me with a bear hug

"ooh gurl we are going to be BEST friends" he says

i giggle and tell him "okayyy, first thing tomorrow we will watch mean girls over and over again"

hayes clears his throat and the boy puts me down. he pats my head and runs over to the swings.

"that was matthew, but we call him matt. he gets really hyper all the time so don't mind him" hayes says.

he introduces me to everyone else including his older brother, i think it was nash? he seems really chill. i walk over to where matt is and he's just minding his own business on his phone while sitting on the swing until i come up to him. i take his phone and before he could react i began to spin the chains of the swing.

after enough spinning i let go and matt began to squeal and scream and kick around until he was done spinning. i was currently on the ground laughing uncontrollably.

hayes helps me up and says "you seem to be having a good time"

he holds me up and im holding onto his arms for balance

"did you s-see the w-way matth-" i cut myself off by laughing again.

hayes smiles and nods "yeah we all saw haha"

matthew got up and pretended to pout

"uh no hard feelings right matt" i say trying to keep my laughter in this time

"yeah sure but i am choosing the movie on netflix if i ever go to your house" he said crossing his arms.

"aww of course honey" i say laughing a little bit.

and so we spent the rest of the day hanging out, they got to know me better, and i got to know them better. i made new friends. i wasn't solitary anymore.

and i sure wasn't special anymore.
