just like the first coming of age ceremony, except it's much more grand. the festival takes place is the province of Pomona. a fan dance will commonly be presented/taught to the girls
18 y.o girl and boy —
just like the second, but it takes place at the country's capital. to celebrate, the bench dance (Sayaw sa Bangko in Filipino), will be taught and presented
