normally, the moon of miracles festival takes place at the mountain of Kilsie, but the festival soon moved down after what happened during the war of freedom

this scaled friend of the moon spirit rises the tides, controls the rain, and all bodies of water. sometimes, the poor serpent, Silverpor, will become aggravated by oriniar's tremors and earthquakes, causing it to make waves like mountains and vicious storms.
