Chapter 1

Hi I'm Y/n Greene. I go to Higgs school for girls, just opposite Truham grammar for boys, thats where my brother, Harry Greene goes. It's just been summer holidays and now we have to return to school. I don't mind it actually, i have my best friend Imogen Heaney. She's pretty amazing, but don't ever let her know i said that, it'll get to her head.

"Oi Y/n hurry up Nicks here!" Harry shouted up the stairs. Its the school morning rush and i was a bit late, as per usual. I put my earrings in, sprayed my perfume and threw in my school bag before taking a last look in the mirror. With a nod of approval i headed downstairs. 

"You guys should know by now that im gonna be late" I said as i walked past Harry and Nick waiting at the bottom of the stairs. I catch a ride with them in Nicks car because for some reason the plonker managed to score himself a drivers license and a car.

"Yeah whatever just hurry up" Harry moaned. I went in the kitchen and grabbed an apple before putting on my black trainers as school shoes and headed out the door after them. I went for the front seat but my brother pushed me out the way

"Nice try, get in the back" 

I shoved him and then got in the back. Nicks car always smelled nice, i don't know why. He always had an air freshener hanging on his car mirror. It was always especially clean.

"Y/n are you excited to go back?" Nick asked. He was always nicer to me than my own brother, maybe he felt bad because I'm related to the prick himself, Harry Greene. 

"No, but i did hear theres some huge changes, it involves your school as well actually" I said. Harry furrowed his brows. 

"Well if there was we would've heard about it" He said accusingly

"Why would i lie about that?"

"Cus you want attention" 

"Nick asked so i responded, it had nothing to do with you" 

"Yeah shut up stop trying to be friends with my friends" 

"He literally started the conversation but cool" I just shut my mouth after that. Me and Harry always bicker. I feel bad for Nick because he just has to sit and listen

"yeah good be quiet" 

"prick" I muttered. Nick changed the topic and just started talking to Harry. I tuned out and listened to my music for the rest of the ride. 

Nick dropped me off at my school first.

"Thanks Nick, bye guys" I said before leaving. They both said goodbye and drove away. I turned around and was immediately engulfed in a massive hug.

"Omg y/n you have no idea how much i missed you. We have so much to catch up on" Imogen squealed. I smiled widely and we began to talk about the boys she met in America on holiday. 

"So whats your boy sich?" She asked as we walked to the school hall for assembly. 

"Well i met up with one of my brothers friends a few times, his names Jack" I said. She gasped

"Oh my god he's so fit, good on you girl" She giggled.

"So i guess we're in that talking stage but he did say he wanted to move forward soon but im not sure what that means" I said

"Your joking! That means he wants to be your boyfriend! Oh my goodness this is amazing. You guys would look perfect together" She said excitedly. I just giggled along with her until we got stopped by a teacher.
