Chapter 4

the next morning i did my usual routine and then headed down for breakfast.

"oi y/n are you getting a ride with me and Nick today?" Harry asked

"wasn't planning on it, why?"

"just cause you can if u want, yknow we can show you to your form room and stuff"

"why would you do that?" i asked confused

"cus i'm like your brother and stuff"

"who told you off?" i said finally, realising this wasn't coming from him

"Nick. he said i should be nicer to you and all that" he admitted. I have to admit i wasn't expecting that. I thought it would've been mum or dad.

"oh right, well yeah a ride would be really helpful, thanks" i said before walking off.

When Nick arrived i got in his car and we drove to school. I didn't say much except when Nick asked what form room i was in.

"Uh B25" i said

"Oh cool that's my one, i can take you there" Nick smiled, i smiled back and then looked out the window. I was pretty excited to see Jack all day at school.

When we got to school i got out and immediately saw Imogen run over to me.

"omg y/n we have to talk. come over here" she pulled me round the corner and smiled hugely

"Jacks going to ask you to be his girlfriend today" she blurted out. I stood there speechless.

"i know i wasn't supposed to tell you but he told all his mates that he was gonna make it official and then Liam told me and now i'm telling you. Aren't you so excited? I'm so excited!" She jumped up and down. Truth is, i don't know if i want to be someone's girlfriend. I've never been big on the commitment side of things. Also it's a lot of pressure. But of course i was happy and as imogen said, so excited.

I hung out with her, Chloe, Grace and Daisy for a bit before the bell rang. Nick walked up to me and offered to me to walk with him to our form. i took him up on the offer and we headed off. I noticed Jack staring at us and immediately felt bad. I shrugged it off and kept walking with Nick through the school.

"So how was your thing with Jack last night?" he asked

"It was really fun, yeah i really enjoyed it" I smiled at him

"yeah i saw your instagram post, you looked nice" he said, kind of sadly

"here we are, let me ask sir where your sitting" Nick said as i followed him in.

"Ah the infamous Y/n Greene, i think i can speak for all of us when i say i hope your nothing like your brother" He joked. I laughed a bit, understanding my brother can be a handful.

"ok so y/n if you would like to take a seat next to Nicholas Nelson, he will be the one you sit next to for the rest of the year, hopefully you get along, or don't i really don't care" He said, shooing me away. charming.

i sat next to Nick and his face lit up. We got to talking for a bit when another boy sat on the other side of Nick.

"Hi" he said flustered. Nick responded with a hi and introduced me seeing as we were the only three on that table.

The boy was called Charlie Spring. I heard my brother bullied him last year, naturally i felt bad and also felt the need to keep my name clear

"So your Harry Greenes sister?" Charlie asked nervously

"Yeah but i promise i'm nothing like him" I smiled, he seemed to ease up and a bit and we just got to talking.

At break me and the girls went over to Jacks lot who were by the field where some of them were playing rugby. When i walked over Jack ran a hand through his hair. He gave me a hug then held my hand and made sure everyone saw. His friends started teasing him
