Finally. The day was here. Tony made sure (read bribed) the medical staff to bump Alex up on therapy list and the therapist to make his sessions quick. After months they were all (meaning Alex, Mai, Em, Blaze, Amar, the Avengers and for some reason (male) Loki) waiting for top surgery.

Alex was fronting, already in surgical rope and prepared for the operation. They were all extremely nervous. No surprise this was a really REALLY big deal for all of them.

"Don't be nervous." Amar said. "It's just fixing the mistake that gods made" even as a god they were born a woman but shapeshifted into a man. Now that they were human they were trapped in women's body by mistake (even though Em was fairly sure that Zeus stuffed them in a woman's body just to torment them). (A/n: I can't get surgery until I'm 18 so I have no idea how it works tell me if I write something wrong)

Finally the nurse came in.

"We got everything ready" the nurse must've seen the terror on Alex's face. "Don't worry mister Stark payed the best doctors in the world. You're in very good hands, first the surgery and then we'll give you the information on hormone therapy"  Alex took a deep breath.

The anesthesia guy came in and put a mask over Alex. He resisted the urge to fight back the feeling of dizziness and then he passed out.

He woke up 24 hours later with a nurse next his bed. His chest was wrapped in bandages. "Congratulations Mr Ito the operation was a complete success. You just stay few days to recover and in the meantime we'll discuss hormone therapy also there's someone here to see you" the nurse opened the door and Amar holding hands with Loki. She run up to them and kissed the top of his head.

"I can't describe how proud I am of you" she said. "Yeah you took that amazingly kid" Loki ruffled the top of his head. "By the way there's something I need to tell you" his sister raised her hand and Alex noticed a beautiful green diamond ring on her finger. They were still a little under so he just smiled dizzy.

"That's great I'm so happy for you, now did you bring any snacks? We're starving" he said. Amar laughed.

"Yeah yeah we can't take you out of the hospital yet you have to recover but we'll get McDonald's after k?" She said. "Ok" Alex said. And he fell asleep.

After 2 days they let him go and after a week he was free to take the bandages off and see his chest. He felt amazing, like a giant boulder was taken off his chest. He felt free, he finally felt like...like himself. Just as he came home in the tower there was a party. They had a sign that said: finally got the weigh off my chest.

Alex wasn't sure if that was a pun or not.

They had a breast shaped cake (Tony's idea of course) and then a normal cake (courtesy of Natasha and Steve) he even got new male clothes from everyone and then they drink a champagne (Em, Alex, Blaze and Mai had the kid one of course) and then they all went to bed with a hope of bright future.

Of course that didn't last.

A week after that they were called in European country called Sokovia. Turns out Tony experimented with Bruce without telling them and accidentally created a killer robot.

So they travelled to Sokovia and fought Ultron. They needed everyone including the system and Amar (Amar wasn't an official Avenger she just went with them to make sure that Blaze (in control at the time) didn't die (bold words for somebody who got trained by them)). Long story short they destroyed the country, got two more members and we're offered to either sign the Sokovia accords or prison. Then the Winter Soldier incident. Steve didn't tell Tony that his bestie killed his parents so he went against him (they were fairly sure that was purely to spite them) Steve and other on his side (Pietro, Wanda, Bucky, Scott, Sam, Clint and the system) went on a run (Loki chose to go to camp half-blood with his fiance to plan the wedding (translation: to stay out of their shit)). And even longer story short: they were caught and put in highly secured prison. Some were on a higher security level (Wanda and them). Alex wasn't happy about that. He could FEEL his family being ripped apart. And he didn't like it. Suddenly a guard was stunned. The person that attacked him came in view.
