AN: In this oneshot Andy and Sullivan have been married for about 6 months. Sullivan and Batallion Chief, Andy is still lieutenant. Sullivan has never overdosed.

It was a day off as they liked them. They were grey in Seattle that day, Robert was in the kitchen preparing pancakes that placed in a platter accompanied by strawberry and a smoothie. He picked up Andy and then they had breakfast. After Robert brought the tray back to the kitchen, they decided to take a nap.

2 hours later

Robert was lying in bed with Andy's head resting on his chest. Robert had been awake for a few minutes and he was watching him sleep.

Robert : If you knew how much I love you. He said thinking that Andy was sleeping

Andy : And I love you too. She said while looking at him

Robert : I thought you were sleeping. He kissed his head and they lay down in a comfortable silence until Andy spoke.

Andy : Robert ?

Robert : Yes ?

Andy : I have something to tell you.. I..

Robert : You can tell it all my love
Andy : I know but I don't know how to tell you that.
Robert : You're starting to scare me, and I assure you that no matter what it knows it will go..because I love you.
Andy : Before I ask you for this "thing" I must tell you the truth.
Robert : The truth about what?
Andy : About..about Ryan
Robert : Your best friend?

She nodded and stood up to look him in the eyes.

Andy : It wasn't just my best friend.. it was..
Robert : Your ex.
Andy : My first love.
Robert : I suspected it but I still don't see why you were afraid of my reaction.
Andy : One day when I was in biology class, I felt not well.. that day, the course focused on the female cycle and pregnancy. During this course I realized that.. I was late and that..
Robert : Chances were you were pregnant.

Andy nodded as tears began to form in his eyes. Robert gently caressed her arm and let her continue.

Andy : The teacher asked us to do an activity.. I went to see her and asked her if I could talk to her in the hallway. We went out and I explained the situation to him.. I got along very well with my biology teacher so I trusted him. She told me that she was going to find a way to help me and find a pregnancy test. At the end of the day, I found her in the back of the gym and she took the test for me. I did it and he came back.. positive.

Tears were now flowing along his cheeks.

Andy : I didn't know what to do.. I waited a few days and I told no one, not even Ryan. I had decided to keep this baby but one morning I found myself and.. and I.. I had lost it.. I had a miscarriage.

Andy burst into a sob and Robert drew him into his embrace.
Robert : I'm here, it's going to be fine.

After a few minutes, Andy was calming down and she came out of their embrace.
Andy : I'm sorry.
Robert : You don't have to apologize for being sad for losing your baby. This is normal.

Andy : Our conversation was not supposed to be so..sad. After that, I knew that I would never want to get pregnant again because I won't be able to survive it a second time. From the age of 17 to today, I took the pill to make sure it won't happen again. I focused on my work and only on that. Then I met you, I fell in love with you, I was against marriage but..
Robert : But I made you change your mind. He said with a smile
Andy : You did it. And these last few months have made me think of the fact that one day..both of us.. we can build a family together..
Robert : With the 19?
Andy : Not with the 19.. with our children.. to both of us
Robert : I..
Andy : You don't have to answer everything about..
Robert : Obviously I want children with you.
Andy : So would you agree that we start trying ?
Robert : Now? Did he ask with a smile

Andy nodded and gave him back his smile.

Robert : I love you so much
Andy : And me, if you knew how much I love you.

That day, they tried to expand their family and who may know it worked.
