minsan kasi kapag umaatake na naman ang pisteng anxiety ko ng walang pasabi kumakanta ako ng alphabet song sa isip ko
wala lang yung lang yung aay of cope ko eh

di naman ako takot sa crowded places ah pero may mga instaces lang talaga na nagti-trigger sa anxiety ko
