The CSS background properties are used to define the background effects for elements. There are only three background properties in wattpad:
● background-color
● background-image
● background-repeat
Background Color › background- color property specifies the background color to be used.
Background Image › background-image property specifies an image to use as the background.
Background Repeat › By default, the background-image property repeats an image both horizontally and vertically. There are certain background images that needs to be repeated horizontally or vertically only because if you don't then it'll look like a mess. (This is probably confusing now, but you'll understand it when you get to encounter it.)
