CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. These are tags that designs/styles the container tags. CSS is not supported in wattpad, but css tags are supported for html.
I'll be teaching you different css tags. They're quite a lot, but when you get used to coding, you'll memorise them probably.
You will have to use a container for them to be applied in your thread.
<div style=" CSS TAGS ">YOUR TEXT</div> or you could also use <span> , <blockquote> or <p>
